There are many things I feel make TD a stand-out amongst other salons. Most important to me is cleanliness in the facility and I the tools they use. Every single time I've had mani/pedi done all the tools they use have been sanitized before they use them on me. Also important to me is the entire experience from walking in, being greeted by friendly staff, offered drinks to getting help choosing a nail color has always been fun. When I take time for any service I want to enjoy the time I am there. I have always had a fun time with the staff and leave there in a great mood. I chose TD nail studio because of the many positive reviews and I'm so glad that I did! My daughter and I got pedicures and manicures last Monday. Ho gave me a beautiful natural manicure and gel pedicure. Hem serviced my daughter. Listen if you look closely at other nail salons photographs you will see that their nails are reddened around the route where they poked too aggressively; this was not the case at TD Nails! TD Nails is located in the posh outdoor mall at The Collection, a posh mall and TD nails is very posh, a large salon with sparkling clean manicure tables and very nice pedicure thrones! The biggest secret that I loved about the place was that although it is owned by a Vietnamese family, they focus on the client they are working on and not on one another! Although my daughter and I had a lot of catching up to do since she was visiting from Illinois, the technicians did not speaking Vietnamese to one another, they focused on the service they were giving us.. I have to say that is uncommon in most Vietnamese nail salons and I'm very happy to recommend TD nails hands down! read more

To start, My pedicure was absolutely wonderful. I did not catch his name, but he was an older gentleman and he did a fantastic job. However, my manicurist was very rude from the moment I added the service. I requested to add a dip manicure if they had time and was assured it was no problem. However, the manicurist side eyed me the entire time as she rushed through my nails. When I sat in her chair, she did not look up from her phone for about 2 minutes, hardly acknowledged me and told me my nails looked sad. She then huffed and began my manicure in a hurry. I tried numerous times to start a conversation with her and she either ignored me or acted very annoyed I was even speaking. She managed to seal the dip polish to my skin and was picking at it with a metal instrument and asked if it hurt which it did. She huffed and continued. At this point I just wanted to go home. Once I was home, I noticed that my skin is sealed to my nail on a few fingers and the top layer is very patchy, dented and some spots are missing all together. I did not catch her name, but I believe she is the manager or owner as she was criticizing other manicurists and telling them how much to charge their customers. I wanted to like this place, but I will not be returning. read more

Update: We ultimately ended up having to call the salon to state that we weren't happy with the nails. The owner had informed us that she was aware of the situation because of my initial review on yelp and let us know she was happy to fix them for us free of charge. We greatly appreciated what she did. We ended up going and a lady name kimmy, she did great, we were super happy with them. But kind of annoyed to say the owner was very passive aggressive the entire time. We thanked her plenty of times about taking the time to fix what they initially had mistaken in the first place. Once we were done, ( remind you that i was originally going to take down the initial review and put down a brand new one). Once i started my sentence about fixing my review, The owner , Lahana, said " oh and i really hope you fix that review you added to help. Very Professional Thank you so much. All in all, although we were very grateful for her fixing them she did not fix them with the right intention. Anyways so here the review i came to " fix" . We will not be coming back to this salon. You're better off going somewhere else. Wanted to try a new place, but I'm not very impressed. I normally don't review places, but this one was one for the hall of shame. My pedicure specialist seemed to lack the determination and initiative to do a proper pedicure. Massage had no pressure, he was more interested in finishing quickly. But oh when an acquaintance of the owner or manager walks in she's got all the attention on her, she was offered drinks, and she is waited on hand and foot. If you don't know anyone here well enough, or at all, don't visit this business. My nail polish was put on patchy and not to mention that I paid for a basic pedicure, but didn't even get the bare minimum. I wish i could get my money back but lesson learned I guess. I could have taken better care of my own pedicure. Also he rushed me out, even though my Polish hadn't finished drying and it felt so rude. Ridiculous. Never visiting this place again.
