He kept asking us for more money to buy more epoxy and we gave the money to him. We have proof with all his messages asking for more money and our Zelle payments. He never returned to fix the mess he made of our floor. So, yes, we called the police and took this thief to court. We won the court case because we had documentation and photos. Granted he didn't show to court, which also shows lack of character and still has not paid judgement. We are going to lien assets if judgement isn't paid in 30 days of this post. Read his replies here and the language he uses. Would you want that man working in your home own business!? Lastly, another reason not to hire Trever Dutcher is his recent 2024 mugshot. He showed up 2 hours late on the first day, and got the job started. The late start meant he couldn't get as much done the first day as he wanted. We made plans to meet early the next morning to finish the work. He never showed. He has never responded to a dozen attempts to contact him via email, phone, and text. He left the countertop uncut and with the front edge unfinished and several puddles of epoxy on the floor which won't come up. I had to do my best to finish the job, myself. I hope he is okay and nothing bad happened to make it impossible to finish the job. If that isn't the case, I'd say just move on. Not worth paying for a job to be started and left in the middle.

I'd previously had another contractor come in and do a very messy epoxy pour over my counters (loaded with drips, runs, uneven surfaces, uncured epoxy, chips, epoxy on the walls/appliances/floor, etc). It was a disaster, to say the least. John and Andrea were the ONLY PEOPLE WILLING to tackle the mess I was left with without breaking the bank, and not only did he spend a great deal of time and energy resurfacing my counters but he even cleaned up as much of the epoxy mess as was feasible and added caulking to finish things off. John was always INCREDIBLY KIND AND WORKED VERY HARD TO TURN MY KITCHEN PROJECT AROUND. He went very far out of his way to right the wrongs of the contractor who came before him. If I could give zero stars that would reflect the true rating. I hired them in October to install…read moremy flooring. Then had done the majority of the work and I made the mistake of paying them before the job was completed. I was told they would be back in a week to finish the floor. Then I was told another week and another week, then a month. Finally I post my pictures and my poor review on here. He called me immediately and said I will be there next week if you take it down. I have enclosed pictures of the text so you can see our correspondence. He was more worried about people finding out than actually doing what he was paid to do! Well that was another lie! He still hasn't came even though on the text, he says I will be there next week. If you cab honor your word and contract. You should not be in business! Look for yourself and read for yourself! We had a very similar experience as the other review. Unfortunately, they did not do a very good…read morejob on our bathrooms. I wish I would have seen the other review before hiring them. We had to have them come back 4-5 times to continue to fix things that were wrong. They put in some of the wrong tiles in the bathroom, put up some of the base tile upside down, mixed up the hot and cold and continually told me he did it right even though clearly when you turned on the hot it was cold and vice versa. Left the tub dripping excessively for about 4 weeks before he came back. Kept saying he was going to come, and continually just didn't show up. And if you want to remodel your bathroom, make sure you pick everything out, otherwise they will just pick it for you. They did the light fixtures, the shower heads, didn't even ask. They were also smokers, which is fine, but don't leave your cigarette butts all over my yard. Within a few days, some of the grout is already cracking. Really kind of bummed about the whole experience.

There was a lapse in communication and Justin found out the job was not finished to my satisfaction and he personally reached out to me and came out to fix the stain. I believe that Justin is trying to follow in Georges footsteps and wants his customers to be satisfied. So, I am changing my review from a negative to a positive as I have been a long time customer and have been very pleased with past results and look forward to excellent future results. Thank you.
