Bollerude Masonry was prompt, very detailed, gave me an estimate, and a schedule of when work could be completed. They arrived on time (as a matter of fact they even came early one day). Fixing my foundation was difficult job. Most places would not event tackle the job. Bollerude was ready and willing to tackle the task. Their work was amazing. They are very detailed and exact in all parts of the repair. After the repair they returned to check on how the dirt was settling and added more dirt. They were neat and tidy and cleaned up after the job. You cannot go wrong working with them. Michaele

They were able to do the work while I was away on a trip, so both of the stoops could be completed at the same time. There was a delay getting the railings from the supplier I ordered them from, and JZS was very patient while waiting for them to arrive. Once the railings came in, they were installed in a timely manner and my front and side entrances look great! Overall, I think they were fair priced, completed the job as quoted, and were on time and professional. I would definitely recommend JZS Concrete for your project.

I hired the contractor to replace part of my driveway, as well as my front stoop and the sidewalk…read moreleading up to it. The positives: The contractor got back to me right away and showed up when he said he would. The job was done ahead of the original schedule. The contractor offered a discount for cash payment. The contractor was very nice to work with. The crew did a decent job of cleaning the yard when they were finished. The crew did a decent job on the concrete itself. The not-so-positives: The crew very likely nicked the electrical wiring to my outdoor lamppost when they dug the old concrete up. I had to pay an electrician to repair the damage. Since the electrician wouldn't say for sure that the contractor was responsible for the damage, I did not push the issue of asking him to pay for repairs. The last thing the crew did was install the new railing on the stoop when I was not home. The railings had to be cut to fit for length and balusters fitted on the railing as it was installed. They installed 7 balusters on one of the step railings and 8 balusters on the other, even though the railings are the same size. The difference is fairly noticeable, which is disappointing because it's at the front of my house. One of the crew members said they'd put my post mailbox back where they found it when they were finished, but that didn't happen. There was some minor damage done to the siding when the old railings were taken off the house. To be fair, they did attempt to fix it, esthetically. Overall: They did a decent job on the concrete itself, were responsive, and they were nice to work with. I felt they could have been more careful. I probably would consider another concrete contractor unless I just needed basic concrete work done away from buildings, wiring, etc.

I can't stress enough how great this company is I would hire them 100% of the time…read more They saved me from a nightmare of an inspector who not only "dropped the ball " by missing my first appointment. But one week prior to my inspection report being due to my buyers, told me to hire someone else because they refused to do an inspection report if I couldn't provide a document from 1950 that they said likely didn't even exist ....No I'm not kidding ... I called Bloyer, explained my situation that I essentially needed an inspection and water test ASAP. I had the buyers realtor bugging me for the report. I spoke with Chris who came out the very next morning and did the inspection. They got me the report and water sample report within a few business days. They even went out of their way to call the lab to check on the status of my samples and called me with updates because they knew the time crunch I was under. Amazing company, super friendly, PROFESSIONAL, and caring employees.

I called maybe twice if not them and another local well company. I guess if it's not a big job they don't bother to respond. The guy who took number and said owner would call was pretty rude too seemingly because I tried to describe the well and admitted to little knowledge as to what was there - which I later learned about with a internet search engine. So, I don't know how their work is but I know they were not of any value to me, just a waste of time and missed opportunity waiting for a call that was a false promise.
