After an interior updating in 2017 we were due for an exterior makeover on our home that's 26 years old. Further, when the old siding was removed we found one third of the house didn't have foam insulation and a vapor barrier in back of the siding. Half the siding crew stopped, got the needed materials, and did the job right. Wow! The icing on the cake? On November 10 we had a bad storm come through and we were concerned about hail/storm damage. I contacted Eldridge right away and Chris, our contact person at Eldridge, came out right away and went over the entire house and the house was fine with just a couple of minor dents in the gutters on the west side of the house. However, after I posted it(they apparently monitor their reviews) Martin called. Essentially they said you're pissed and understandably . Let us make it right. Helped me get the roof reinspected as well as gutter and siding. As near as I can tell it was quality work (I'm in no position to inspect a roof). The roof got replaced in a decent time frame. The other work took some time and calls from me to find out what the hold up was. Overall it was a good experience with the noted caveats.

There was no further damage but given the age of the roof, the insurance company's underwriters let us know we should replace it. Josh and his crew were able to complete the roof work (including inspection with the shingles off) and we are very satisfied with the work and the crew. They were fantastic, efficient and very reasonable on cost. The roof color Josh recommended is beautiful! It's Desert Rose I believe. The overall experience of the repair as well as the roof replacement were top notch. We have no complaints. We highly recommend Hardyman Roofing for repairs and replacement. I called to have them come over and give me an estimate to repair my roof and gutter. It took them…read morea while to get to me before they came over. I signed a contract with them to get it completed by a certain date. They never kept in contact as to what day they were actually going to come over and do the roof. They showed up and did the roof part of it, but not the gutter part. I didn't hear from him for over a week a week and already past the contract deadline completion date. I also asked him for a quote to do the entire fascia around the house. I never got one. By this time i just wanted him to complete the project. He finally got ahold of me and explained that he had family issues and that's why it wasn't complete. As a costumer, I don't want to hear about your family issues. You're the owner of the company and have a project manager that works for you. If you don't trust the project manager, why have one. Have him earn his money and reach out to costumers if you can't. I was told serval times that they would be out today to finish the job. They never showed until 2 weeks after the deadline. He stated that we just got the materials to finish the job. Again, not my problem. Communication and customer service should be the first thing that needs to be done if you want the customer to recommend your company to other people looking for any roof repairs. Sorry that I have to write a review about this. The owner is a nice guy, but young. Get your project manager more involved in the company and have him reach out to costumers if things are going to be late or problems arise. If you're looking for a company to not call, communicate, or go over the contract deadline. Then use them. I'll go someplace else.
