Filing a warranty claim with them was a nightmare. It took a year from start to when they gave us a quote to replace it that was so high we couldn't possibly do it. It took a year of calling over and over trying to get them to return our call, pleading, getting angry and finally they're getting rid of us. It was deemed defective by the manufacturer, but we will never get that credit because they don't want to do it for us. The owner is useless and cares nothing about customer service, as far as I can tell.
