Despite all the promises he made of finishing the job, it was not complete. 1 room was partially started and he didn't clean up when the deadline had passed and he needed to remove his things. Now, on top of the unnecessary stress in advance of my wedding, his failure to complete a simple job with months to plan and promises that were broken, Troy now refuses to refund my deposits.
