On July 17, 2020, we moved into our new home in Milton and had arranged for Pavlik Painting to…read morepaint the living room because, being elderly, we didn't feel safe painting the vaulted ceiling especially over our basement steps. We hired Pavlik based on the Facebook photos -- what a huge mistake. My husband sent Taylor, the owner, detailed photos and dimensions of what we needed done. When the 2 employees showed up, they didn't even have a ladder; rather than wait for them to get their ladder, we had them use ours. One began spraying the ceiling without covering anything. When my husband told them about the ceiling fan, they covered it up, but it was too late; it was covered in white spray. The fine mist was over everything, and I'm still cleaning it up on our hardwood floor, windows, door knobs, and trim. Plus their cutting-in capabilities were awful, even with taping. They missed areas and left paint gobs on trim. The following day, my husband contacted Taylor about how disappointed we were and submitted photos to him. A week later, lo and behold, he sent one of the same painters to fix the mistakes. Taylor showed up about a half-hour later to help but he didn't apologize, nothing. For about another 3 hours they tried correcting the original sloppy job, but we are still left with splatter, thin areas on the ceiling, paint on the trim. And Taylor left early without saying a word. Nothing! We have photos to prove all this. One is with me on a ladder trying to scrub off the paint spray on the ceiling fan.
