The estimates we were quoted for both the drywall finishing and plumber were off by half adding around $1000 to the job. About a week after the job was finished, the grout in the til started cracking. He came out to repair it. 3 weeks later, the cracking continues and a tile popped free. We consulted with a tile installer who informed us that the job was completed without an underlayment, so the tile would have to be completely removed and reinstalled, for the cost of $1000. When reached out to the contractor again with no response.

I got a TEXT message stating he could not continue and quit!!! I hired someone to continue and finish. He found many issues that needed to be done over, before he could complete my job. We called Arnold's Construction and RC came out the next day, no charge. His estimate was reasonable, so we went with him. Some of the wallpaper had been damaged so - obviously - we needed to take all of it down. The vanity and the floor had been damaged and needed to be replaced. RC provided paint and flooring samples. We bought a vanity at Menards. RC and his crew did all the work with no hassle to us. The workmanship was perfect, and they left everything clean. Easy to do business with and excellent work.
