Their price was double that of the other service but I needed heat. In addition to their high price, Tim did a hard sell for a 3 year maintenance plan for almost $500.00. The plan does not include the cost for anything that needs repairs, and most consumers expect to be told that something needs to be repaired or replaced. This is October and the plan only covers one visit in the Spring for the AC, and one visit in the fall for the furnace. Too late. If you care about your health at home, know that one tech wore a mask on request that continued to slip beneath his nose, and the other tech wore no mask. Both said they have not been vaccinated for Covid-19. I'm a high risk senior. Because of both issues, I will not use Axberg again.

He fixed the light fixture in about 5 minutes so I asked him to look at an outside receptacle that didn't work thinking since I was paying for an hour he might as well look at that. He did not tell me they charge extra if they look at something else. He looked in the basement and looked outside. It took him around 20 minutes to replace a breaker. He was there less that 40 minutes and charged me over 500.00 dollars! Sure makes me wonder if he did that because I was a women.

They called to schedule my appointment and then confirm my appointment. Despite the union comment, I felt the cost was fair; indeed, it was about half of what I expected to pay.

One knocked plaster off an inside wall from hammering on the outside. They slapped on some plaster to "Fix" it but it still looks bad. Replaced some recessed ceiling lights but one is still crooked and has a 1/2" open gap on one side. Had them do the recommended oil change a year later. Took 15 minutes and 1 qt of oil. Charged me $250.00. They labled the new box but the handwriting is so bad, nobody can read any of it. They left the old inlet sticking out of the roof.
