He was upbeat and easy to talk to as we walked through all the projects I had lined up. He took the time to explain each step clearly and offered thoughtful input on how everything would be handled. His communication was clear, and he explained both electrical and non-electrical matters in a way that was easy to understand. All of the work he completed looks clean and precise, and everything functions exactly as promised. He even addressed a tricky issue left behind by a previous contractor and fixed it the right way--no shortcuts.
