First visit: FABULOUS!…read more We purchased our home about 7-8mos back. In that time, we had a spigot pipe "pimple" but not burst, thankfully. And I discovered a bathroom sink without shut off valves. So, I needed those two items rectified. Further, I'm pretty well versed in plumbing as I would have/should have been 4th generation plumber... but I digress. This plumbing, effing weird. Shut off valves like everywhere. I mean, TWO main lines. Who does that?! And the water softener only goes to the hot water, again... who does that?! I suppose previous owners didn't want soft water to utility supplies, such as spigots and the basement cement sink. Which I get, as that is expensive and a waste. Okay, I'm off topic. I needed someone to walk me through the guts of my house to ensure I wasn't going mad. Nope, it's the house. But, Joe took the time to walk all the plumbing with me and much like GI JOE always said... KNOWING IS HALF THE BATTLE. At least I know where to crank things should shhhh hit the fan. Ya just never know out here; I've learned--tornado anyone? All in all for 2hrs of work and parts, about $330. ($165/hr plus cost of parts for anyone wondering.) They take card, but you'll be hit with that 4% charge. They also take cash and check, like it's 1980. Who didn't like the 80s?! FABULOUS JOB OUT THE GATE AND TO THE FINISH LINE. Dee's Plumbing is my official go-to. Bar none.

They had to come in and make many trips down the basement and always made sure the door was closed properly. They put drop cloths down and it was done with minimal mess. They had to dig outside and everything was put back in order. Fixed the problem and we were pleased with the results. We'll use them again if ever needed.

I sent them pictures. they called back told me that there is nothing out of the ordinary there and gave me an estimate of $450.00 about. my bill was $712.00 about 63% over the estimate. I realize that it is only an estimate, but I would think that anyone that has been in business that long could give a better estmate than that. the work was good, but it was supposed to be good. the plumber, dave, was on time, but he was supposed to be on time. when I told dave that the estimate that they gave me was $450.00 he said I didn't tell you that. it was rob that told you that. is that the way they operate? I guess so. they did it to me. rob is what they did to me. BAIT and SWITCH. this work was done 2/9/23

Called for a simple leaking drain in my tub, took two visits and this company still couldn't figure…read moreout the simple problem (misaligned rubber O ring on tub drain). Plumber did not inspect the pipes, use a snake camera, or take anything apart on either visit. Visit #1: Showed the plumber the source of the dripping by turning the shower water on. Plumber was convinced it was a loose faucet, so he put caulk around the seal and told me not to use the tub/shower for a day. This obviously didn't work. Visit #2: Leaking persisted the next day when testing the water. Plumber came out, but I was unable to make the drips occur (although there was water on the floor of the basement and in a bucket). Plumber said there is nothing he could do - Did not inspect or diagnose anything. Called another plumber and it was a misaligned rubber O ring on the tub drain (new construction home). Five Star Plumbing left me with no real work done and black fingerprints all along my hallway and bathroom walls.

Through a Yelp chat we arranged a time to do a fall clean and check of my 10-year-old furnace. He outlined what the service entailed and it was quite comprehensive compared to other services I used in my previous home. Prompt on our appointment. I enjoyed that through the service call he had no issue discussing what he was doing and any concerns I had with my system. We identified a couple of things that may have been out of calibration for years before I ever bought this place. He dialed them back in and it may save me money! Jason is a new businessman who has invested in his education for this industry and invested in the proper tools to get the job done right. I'm confident my furnace is in tip top shape and ready for winter. I suggest he can do the same for you.

I called Tony's Plumbing and played phone tag with a guy named Richard for about 2 weeks. We…read morefinally set a day to come out and see why a toilet was leaking. He came out took toilet off and said that I should finish putting down my peel and stick flooring and call him when I was done, and he would come back and install my toilet. He stated it would cost me another $95 service call. Richard said I would thank him later. I agreed to leave toilet off to get my floor level and tile down, then call him back. That was Monday and today is Thursday. I called Richard and he returned my call. I said I was ready to have him come back. And by the way, did you happen to take the short hose that connected to my water supply and the screws that were laying in the upside down toilet lid (T bolts to screw toilet back down). Richard said "yes" we always take the hose because "once they are opened to air" "those hose seals dry out". He said we replace them with a new hose, when we come back out. He said. Those hoses and screws will cost $50, plus $95 trip charge to come back out. I said Richard "can I please have the hose and T bolts that go to my toilet, back"? He said "no". So Tony's Plumbing stole the hose and T bolts to my toilet. He never told me he was taking them or why. So Richard, (the guy who is trying to buy Toni's Plumbing) from the old owner, is not only sloppy plumber, he is a thief. My toilet was a raised newer Eljer toilet. Buyer beware
