I delayed writing a review as long as I could to give them some time to make it right…read more Unfortunately they made it clear that they are not going to. I received a proposal for 33,500 to install a new bryant evolution system. The proposal included the 3ton 20seer heat pump, the air handler, 2 evolution thermostats, all duct work and register and return covers. It was a turn key system. They got their deposit and promptly got started. They got the air handler and duct work installed quickly, but said they can't install the heat pump or anything else until the drywall crew is done. So I paid what was asked up until this point which was $30,000. The drywall crew got started late and drywall wasn't ready for 6 months after. But I sent accuaire an email asking when they could get back. They didn't respond. After another email or 2 I finally called. He said he would get back to me, but it was pretty late in the year and he said they don't do braising in the cold. We spent our first winter in the house with no heat pump. Early spring I contacted them again. After a few attempts I was finally told that my air handler was not compatible with the new evolution heat pumps and it would need to be replaced. I wasn't happy about it. I assumed he already purchased the heat pump and he had it waiting (mostly because he told me he already purchased the heat pump and has it waiting. But I just needed the system to work so I asked for a quote for a new system. He said he would get that to me soon. After being ignored a few more times and not receiving a quote I contacted a few other bryant dealers. 2 told me that they would not work on the system because the duct work was under sized and would have to be replaced which was more then they were willing to do. I forwarded those emails to accuaire to see if they would do anything about any of it. I was ignored. I finally found a company that would install a new system and fix the duct work in the hottest months of summer. So we have a working system now. I called accuaire to see if they could work with me on a partial refund. I paid $30,000 of a $33,500 proposal. But I never received the heat pump which was around $5000 wholesale at the time plus the 2 evolution thermostats that were about $1500 combined. I also didn't receive the covers for the registers or returns. Not to mention the time and material to install all that. He said he would look into it and get back to me. He never did. So now it's time to just cut my losses and forget about it.
