First visit: FABULOUS!…read more We purchased our home about 7-8mos back. In that time, we had a spigot pipe "pimple" but not burst, thankfully. And I discovered a bathroom sink without shut off valves. So, I needed those two items rectified. Further, I'm pretty well versed in plumbing as I would have/should have been 4th generation plumber... but I digress. This plumbing, effing weird. Shut off valves like everywhere. I mean, TWO main lines. Who does that?! And the water softener only goes to the hot water, again... who does that?! I suppose previous owners didn't want soft water to utility supplies, such as spigots and the basement cement sink. Which I get, as that is expensive and a waste. Okay, I'm off topic. I needed someone to walk me through the guts of my house to ensure I wasn't going mad. Nope, it's the house. But, Joe took the time to walk all the plumbing with me and much like GI JOE always said... KNOWING IS HALF THE BATTLE. At least I know where to crank things should shhhh hit the fan. Ya just never know out here; I've learned--tornado anyone? All in all for 2hrs of work and parts, about $330. ($165/hr plus cost of parts for anyone wondering.) They take card, but you'll be hit with that 4% charge. They also take cash and check, like it's 1980. Who didn't like the 80s?! FABULOUS JOB OUT THE GATE AND TO THE FINISH LINE. Dee's Plumbing is my official go-to. Bar none.

They had to come in and make many trips down the basement and always made sure the door was closed properly. They put drop cloths down and it was done with minimal mess. Besides getting the run around with missed appointments, extremely high prices and service call fees (For an Estimate!) I was at the end of my rope when I got a call from Generation Plumbing Inc. They saw a post I had made online and offered up their services. I explained what I needed done, and Gene quoted me on his labor. VERY AFFORDABLE. I made the appointment and not only was he on time, he arrive 10 mins early. My wife showed him what needed to be done and he went right after it. Within 2 hours (time quoted) he was done. Actually he finished 15 minutes ahead of schedule. He explained what he had done, showed me the parts he had to put in (i did not have all the parts needed). Final bill 100 bucks. Awesome. To put this into perspective, other "so called" plumbers (I like to refer to them as crooks) wanted to charge over 300! Gene @Generation Plumbing is an honest plumber who offers a fair price for quality work. I am so glad they found my post (of desperation) and performed a quality job! I would definitely refer Generation Plumbing for all my plumbing needs and refer them to all my neighbors! Great job, well done.

Abel's answered, came to my home while I was at work, fixed the problem after I told them that I am not getting a new faucet just to sell the house. Call Abel.

Tactical plumbing had a lot of positive reviews and that is always a good sign! I called and Aaron picked up, he was friendly, communicative and professional. He told me he could come out the next day to fix my issue. Gave me a verbal estimate, which he held to at the end of the small project. Aaron arrived in the window of time which he said he would. He even had to leave to go get the correct part number, but was only gone for minutes. All in all, he was quick and seemed to perform quality work. The paperwork said his work had a 30 day warranty, which is reassuring. I also asked him a barrage of questions about the spigots and also some other things having to do with valves on my faucets (for some potential future work)....He was very transparent with me and took a few minutes to share with me a ton of useful information which I found very helpful. I am big on customer service, the little nuances are what does it for me, this company has employees that look you in the eye when they speak, they give you a firm handshake at the beginning and end of the job, and they follow through with everything they say they are going to do. Would recommend Tactical to anyone needing a plumber.

And at her age tends to two adult children in their mid 30's that have mental health issues. So I bought her a new fridge because hers was only maintaining temps in the low 40's. And I bought and installed a used dish washer for her. I just needed a drain line and hot water connection installed under the sink. I asked Matt if he could just give me a ball park figure for the job. I sent him pictures of the existing plumbing and he quoted me between $400 and $600. I thought it was a little high. But I was willing to pay it just to get her a washer. I did however, text Matt and asked if there was anyway he could keep as close to $400 as possible. He texted back and said "if your under some budget restraints, maybe you should call another plumber". Well, at the time I couldn't find another plumber to do work in union. So i told him it wasnt a matter of money. I has plenty of funds. It was just a request to do whatever he could to maybe cut a corner here or there to maybe save a couple of buck. So what does he do yesterday when he was SCHEDULED to do the work? Doesnt show! Doesnt call! Doesnt return my texts or my calls asking if he got hung up some where and when he might show up.
