Ace said he would be here to close openings in wall around the panel, gaps after the 3 day weekend . The electrical panel is not labeled either. His workers did do a lot of good work finding faulty wiring - why throw it all way by not doing basic code work? Went through my trash to look for panel with the labels, box there but not the labeled panel. My friend who is an electrician just shook his head and didn't even want to touch the box.

The time he was scheduled to arrive is between 10:30 and 11am, operator Veronica called me at 11:40 asking to reschedule for another day. When I asked why was the electrician that was assigned to me got called in for an emergency job, Veronica said "that's how the company works". Do I recommend this company? Absolutely not!

Installed a whole house generator and upgraded to 200 amp service. Went OK for the most part but…read morehis helpers were a bit rough. One knocked plaster off an inside wall from hammering on the outside. They slapped on some plaster to "Fix" it but it still looks bad. Replaced some recessed ceiling lights but one is still crooked and has a 1/2" open gap on one side. Had them do the recommended oil change a year later. Took 15 minutes and 1 qt of oil. Charged me $250.00. They labled the new box but the handwriting is so bad, nobody can read any of it. They left the old inlet sticking out of the roof.
