He was upbeat and easy to talk to as we walked through all the projects I had lined up. He took the time to explain each step clearly and offered thoughtful input on how everything would be handled. He also did a quick inspection around the home and pointed out potential safety concerns I wasn't even aware of--offering solutions without any pressure. His communication was clear, and he explained both electrical and non-electrical matters in a way that was easy to understand. All of the work he completed looks clean and precise, and everything functions exactly as promised. He even addressed a tricky issue left behind by a previous contractor and fixed it the right way--no shortcuts. It's clear Matthew knows his craft well; you can see it in the way he works with his tools and the attention he puts into the job. I'm a very satisfied customer and won't hesitate to call him again. Highly recommend for any electrical work--definitely a 5-star experience!

My main complaint was my smoke detectors were all chirping and they're up so high I couldn't access them. Matt came to check them out and figured the issues out quickly. He also took the time to locate some other issues with my exterior electrical. Our light poles had no power to them over the past 5 years. Two other electricians have come over the past few years and could not figure this out. Matt and Chance figured this out within an hour. They also got an exterior camera working that has never worked (since the last electrician put it up.) Not only that, weve had some issues with mice coming in though the lines to our electrical boxes. He took the time to seal it from the inside so they cant get back in. Overall, Matt and Chance went above and beyond for us, and took their time to fix things I didn't originally even call about. It was also very affordable.I appreciate the level of professionalism,care, and expertise. I will be calling again and I highly recommend this company!

    Called for help on a cold December morning and Axberg had a technician named Ryan out to my house…read morethe same day in a time frame that was perfect for my schedule. Ryan was prompt, professional and really took the time to fix and explain my issue, as well as giving me pointers to troubleshoot the issue if it were to happen again. I was charged a minimal amount for the visit and he pointed out a potential issue, assuring me that if I needed to have them out again that the amount I paid today would be credited toward a future repair. Basically...he didn't want to replace something he got to work during the visit, but let me know it's a potential issue. Very helpful. Thanks Ryan!

    Looks as if the current reviews are before this year, so this will be the first here for 2022. I…read morehad a furnace problem. The first service I contacted did not have the part. I called Axberg. Their price was double that of the other service but I needed heat. In addition to their high price, Tim did a hard sell for a 3 year maintenance plan for almost $500.00. The plan does not include the cost for anything that needs repairs, and most consumers expect to be told that something needs to be repaired or replaced. This is October and the plan only covers one visit in the Spring for the AC, and one visit in the fall for the furnace. Too late. If you care about your health at home, know that one tech wore a mask on request that continued to slip beneath his nose, and the other tech wore no mask. Both said they have not been vaccinated for Covid-19. I'm a high risk senior. Because of both issues, I will not use Axberg again.
