This was for a new mini-split system installed by an HVAC contractor. Our home was built in the late sixties and was in sore need of Jed's skills, patience, and eye for detail. Several months later, Jed made a 45 minute trip back to our house to check out several issues that turned out to be our error and had nothing to do with Jed's work. We were horrified to waste Jed's time and gasoline but he was nothing but gracious about it. We wholeheartedly recommend Jed and will definitely be calling him if we need electrical work done in the future.

Mark was hired to fix a problem with the refrigerator sharing a circuit with kitchen outlet…read more Stated that he accomplished this at the breaker box. I blew the circuit again just before he arrived the next day. he stated that it was a bad breaker. This was a lie. He just split the line. Hired different company to fix the problem. Which the did by running a new line for the refrigerator. Mike repeatedly did not show up when he said he would. Found out that this was due to him trying to do other jobs in the middle of mine. In my opinion, Mike kept finding "make work" projects that were unnecessary, just to charge me more money. I fired him.

Firstly, the gentleman I spoke to from the companies answering service was extremely polite. I…read morereceived a call back within fifteen minutes from a technician, Greg. He fit us into his busy day to come help us out. We had an unknown problem with our furnace and he was able to give his opinion of what the problem may be. Greg came out and I brought him down the furnace. He offered to have me watch what he did so that I could maybe gain some know-how. Greg worked quick , and as someone who enjoys learning he was more than willing to educate me on what he was doing , and why he was doing it. Greg further educated us about heating and cooling in general and gave us some tips and advice. It was a cheap service call and he got our heat working again , what more can I say. Professional, friendly , courteous. Will absolutely hire again.

The lady at the S. Beloit location (Char or maybe Carlene), is extremely rude. She is rude on the phone, it is obvious she is not happy, and you are beneath her ( wasting her time). She is not very accommodating when you ask her a question, acts like customers are a bother and more. I have gone in to purchase a filter, my husband has gone in, and I know of other customers who have been subjected to her very poor customer service. Do your self a favor, order your filters off Amazon, they are cheaper and you don't have to be treated terribly.

I got no consideration as a former customer for repeat business. I guess my heat exchanger hadn't been registered Or something to that effect. If it wasn't registered at the time This stated warranty will not be honored. I thought my contractor let me down I thought they should have seen to it instead of expecting me to do it. Putting a new furnaces is a highly distracted Consumer experience And with the amount of money involved the contractor should be taking this responsibility. I tried to give him more business but I was just treated like they treat everybody else so I had to go to a different contractor. It's hard to get good info but people should check BBB and check datcp State of Wisconsin consumer protection. That's about all you can do because just about everybody's out to screw you one way or the other. You know unless you know somebody personally.
