Thiele was the only co. to respond pre-quote with the very experienced owner Roger T. inspecting the existing units, venting & code requirements in our home for over 30 minutes before having his very professional numbers man Donny produce a quote overnight. Mr. Thiele planned & thought ahead so that he could deliver on his promises, which he did in a one day install by Chris & Jake, 2 very energetic, friendly & capable field techs working from 2 pipe, metal & tool factories/stores on wheels in our driveway with maximum efficiency. Another tech Nate on an earlier routine service call was also super. Thiele was the only company to always pick up the phone & return calls & emails promptly within normal business hours & to focus the conversation exclusively on our business. On the install day Thiele satisfied Alliant Energy's piping concerns & Alliant turned on the fuel within 7 hours of the techs arrival. Cool house, hot water, so far - very good. Rory came promptly the next day and, after asking lots of good questions recommended not replacing anything at this point. We followed up this discussion by looking at the 3 furnaces/blowers, based on the rising cost of propane and new insulation work recently done on our house. Rory was both patient and extremely knowledgeable, helping me put together a plan for the next few years while not pushing any installations at this time. I felt strongly that he had my best interests at heart and will definitely use Infinity as we change out equipment over time.

This is a frustrating review to write because I've used Mario for 3+ years for regular HVAC tune…read moreups with no issue. He's always been responsive, helpful, and did a great job. However, I recently had a horrible experience with him and his team. Our HVAC unit wasn't working and we called Mario and his team to repair. They charged us $2,350 for a few pounds of refrigerant, sealant and 3-4 hours of labor. When the work was done, they claimed that they'd used gauges and detected that the leak was sealed. We sent a $545 payment on June 3 for the refrigerant and labor, a $350 payment on June 5 for the sealant and labor a $1,500 payment on June 12 for the repair of the leak. I asked for detailed receipts of the work four separate times and the detailed receipts were never sent over. On top of that, a few weeks later we had the same exact issue with our HVAC unit. When we called a different repair person, the refrigerant had dropped significantly AGAIN and we were told that the unit was still leaking. We reached out to Mario various times asking for receipts and explaining our frustration. As of today, we've gotten no response, no refund, and no promise to return and look into why the leak that they claimed that they'd fixed was not fixed. All in all we're out almost $2,400 with no true fix to the HVAC issue that we called Mario & his team for to begin with. I'm willing to remove this review or bump up my ratings if I get some sort of response. But at this point we've been waiting for a response and requesting receipts for over a month with no action.

I talked with someone and left my information, part #, water heater model, etc. They called back within minutes to confirm they had my part (and just one of them). They held it for me and I drove down right away to pick it up. Upon picking it up, I was confused by the size of the box, so we opened it and, sure enough, the little part was in that big box - but it looked slightly different. She called "Dan" who explained how the WH models changed over the years, and the parts changed with it - and yes, it should work just fine. If not, they'd work with me to get it figured out. In short - they were right, and the part worked great. The customer service was exceptional - super nice people and very knowledgeable folks. Would totally recommend them.
