Putting a new furnaces is a highly distracted Consumer experience And with the amount of money involved the contractor should be taking this responsibility. I tried to give him more business but I was just treated like they treat everybody else so I had to go to a different contractor. It's hard to get good info but people should check BBB and check datcp State of Wisconsin consumer protection. That's about all you can do because just about everybody's out to screw you one way or the other. You know unless you know somebody personally.

I called Perfection's number off the website and Jeremy answered right away. He said he could stop by in about 20 minutes and he arrived promptly. He was very nice and professional. He found the issue, the flame sensor and explained to me that it had build up on it and he could fix it with no problem. We had heat! He also cleaned the furnace and gave it a thorough inspection. I asked him a few questions I had about the furnace and he told me everything I needed to know regarding the age of it and what overall condition it was in. He really took his time and he has us as a customer for all our HVAC needs in the future. I already told him to schedule us for the Air Conditioning servicing. Plus he installed a new thermostat too!

It took them a day to fix the problem and all the problems the other contractors had created by not understanding how old furnaces work. Comfort Air was very professional, called when they said they would, delivered estimates well within reason and market value, and delivered on their promises on time the first time. If you have an old furnace, call these guys. As a testament to how well they did fixing my old furnace, when I upgrade to a brand-new system with duct work (which my house currently doesn't have), I'll be using Comfort Air.

They also check the efficiency of our unit, and discovered that it was a little low on coolant, so they topped that off. Also, they helped me with some advice about what kind of filter to use in our furnace so as not to restrict the airflow. Turns out we had too dense a filter installed, and it was choking the whole system, and causing the AC to work harder. John and Brad were really nice, and I will definitely call them for all my hvac needs.
