When I was shopping for a new heating and AC unit, I received three bids. I chose Two Seasons in Walworth and Mike explained the various units available with expert detail. I then called my friend in Illinois who owns a Heating and AC company and was informed that the price was good for the work specified. I must say, I haven't been disappointed and want to recommend Mike Rizzo and Four Seasons to everyone! As a property owner in another state, one thing I've learned is when you find an honest and reliable company, you stick with them. I had a service issue with and Mike came out within a few hours and corrected the issue without a problem. I would strongly recommend Two Seasons and Mike Rizzo. He's a great guy who stands behind his work.

Then a switch went out, he was suppose to come back and I never heard from him. Then the condensation pump he put in went out. The furnace is way over sized for my duct work. so there are going to be problems. Two different companies have told me to replace it or I will continue to have problems. Since it is too big for my duct work, plus I get to hear loud popping EVERY time it comes on and goes off. I asked Dave to refund me part of my costs since I am having problems. He offered to come fix the condensation pump but I can't wait around for him to no show. I had another company help me. His other reviews are good so I am disappointed this is such a shit show and he isn't responsible enough to admit he messed up sizing my HVAC. I now have to pay for a second furnace and AC. Thanks Dave.

Everything Mechanical, who had just done an outstanding job on an emergency, after-hours, A/C repair, for me, last week, said that they'd be happy to get it replaced for me. On the day of the installation Dan, and Kyle, arrived, laid down tarps to protect my tile floor, and carpeted stairway, from any dirt, or damage, and got right to work. They made short work of removing the old water heater, and getting the new unit installed. Both of them were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient while getting the job accomplished. This is the third time having Everything Mechanical do work, for me, and I couldn't be more pleased with their quality work, availability, and reasonable prices for each job. Rory came promptly the next day and, after asking lots of good questions recommended not replacing anything at this point. Rory was both patient and extremely knowledgeable, helping me put together a plan for the next few years while not pushing any installations at this time. I felt strongly that he had my best interests at heart and will definitely use Infinity as we change out equipment over time.
