It took them a day to fix the problem and all the problems the other contractors had created by not understanding how old furnaces work. Comfort Air was very professional, called when they said they would, delivered estimates well within reason and market value, and delivered on their promises on time the first time. If you have an old furnace, call these guys. As a testament to how well they did fixing my old furnace, when I upgrade to a brand-new system with duct work (which my house currently doesn't have), I'll be using Comfort Air.

Nothing special per say but friendly, reasonable and while I was skeptical about the service agreement, It turned out to be a God send. Since that day, I have had multiple problems and every time they send somebody out the same day and always get it fixed. If you have the service agreement, you save a ton of money and trust me, if you live in the area, you will not find a better company. They don't make the prices up, they have listings of what things cost so it's the same price for everyone. This is my HVAC company for as long as I own my house and live in Wonder Lake.

They came out right away and replaced it but then charged me another $209.00 to replace the new ignitor. When i asked about warranty, they only offer a 90 day warranty on the parts and 30 days on labor. Very disappointed. Was going to have them replace my entire HVAC system in the spring, but based on low quality parts and no warranty bascially, I will use someone more reputable and will stand behind their parts and labor.
