I had them clean my dryer vent because our dryer wasn't working well. Originally they said they…read moretried to clean it out best they could but there was a hard block that was preventing him from getting it all the way clean so they needed a camera to scope out what was the blockage. This would also require another camera charge. I was fine with it because I wanted a working dryer. Turns out, the thing blocking the the vent was just lint and when they found that out they were apologetic and made sure to get the job done right this time with no extra charge. I can say that nobody is perfect but you can count on this business to make it right if they make any mistakes!
