Rory came promptly the next day and, after asking lots of good questions recommended not replacing anything at this point. We followed up this discussion by looking at the 3 furnaces/blowers, based on the rising cost of propane and new insulation work recently done on our house. Rory was both patient and extremely knowledgeable, helping me put together a plan for the next few years while not pushing any installations at this time. I felt strongly that he had my best interests at heart and will definitely use Infinity as we change out equipment over time.

I then called my friend in Illinois who owns a Heating and AC company and was informed that the price was good for the work specified. I must say, I haven't been disappointed and want to recommend Mike Rizzo and Four Seasons to everyone! As a property owner in another state, one thing I've learned is when you find an honest and reliable company, you stick with them. I had a service issue with and Mike came out within a few hours and corrected the issue without a problem. I would strongly recommend Two Seasons and Mike Rizzo. Shitty, shitty service. Put in a new "guide box" (or whatever it's called) for washer and changed…read morethe location so you can't reach it unless you pull out your washer to get to it. Can't get to the shut offs even if you did pull it out. Can't even find them in the wall! While washing a cold load of laundry, you could literally boil noodles in the hot water. No cold water whatsoever. I had a handyman over and he scratched his head and said you need to get them back here to fix this. I called them and they blamed the washer and dryer installer who only screwed in the hoses! They refuse to even look at it! I had a service contract with them for my HVAC, water softener, etc. I cancelled it today. Why even have a contract if they refuse to even come and look at the issue. I didn't even get to the huge hole they put in my wall! Eric, one of their senior plumbers, did this. On my HVAC system, they had a wire literally strung across the room like Christmas lights. They somehow thought that was okay. The last visit, I told them to get rid of that thing! I shouldn't even have to. They wanted to put in a blue light in my ductwork for $3,200 instead of cleaning out the A/C outside. A friend who now teaches at a HVAC school and still does some work on the side, almost crapped his pants at that price.

I feel they were out to scam me and scare me into making hasty decisions.
