I cannot recommend these folks strongly enough…read more Based in my neighbor's enthusiastic advice, I called Infinity to inspect my A/C setup and to advise me on whether to replace three old compressors for my old farmhouse. Rory came promptly the next day and, after asking lots of good questions recommended not replacing anything at this point. We followed up this discussion by looking at the 3 furnaces/blowers, based on the rising cost of propane and new insulation work recently done on our house. Rory was both patient and extremely knowledgeable, helping me put together a plan for the next few years while not pushing any installations at this time. I felt strongly that he had my best interests at heart and will definitely use Infinity as we change out equipment over time.

Putting a new furnaces is a highly distracted Consumer experience And with the amount of money involved the contractor should be taking this responsibility. I tried to give him more business but I was just treated like they treat everybody else so I had to go to a different contractor. It's hard to get good info but people should check BBB and check datcp State of Wisconsin consumer protection. That's about all you can do because just about everybody's out to screw you one way or the other. You know unless you know somebody personally.

He got me up and running quickly, explained everything clearly, and made a frustrating situation much less stressful. Carlson came…read moreover and after trying to save the air conditioner by replacing a part, the unit was pronounced dead. He called for the replacement cost and I asked for pricing on one size bigger, after we decided we need a larger unit, he order the replacement air conditioner for next day installation. He arrived exactly on-time for the appointment and increased the air conditioner capacity to fit the actual size. The appointment was finished under the estimated time and they were very courteous through the entire experience. While replacing the air coil, Mike showed me the location for the furnace and humidifier filter allowing me to change it myself. After replacing the air conditioner and removing the old one - he made sure that I had the information needed and made sure that if we had any questions to call his office. Great service and great/honest serviceman. I'll not call anyone else for future HVAC matters and wouldn't hesitate to only shop here when it comes time for me to replace other units. Second great round of service - last time was middle of winter and arriving home from out-of-town with no heat, he was wonderful replacing heater during the negative temperatures.
