Given the ad I made a big mistake and did not check Yelp before calling. They explained the $125 charge and that it would go toward the repair. The plumber arrived on time and was polite. Then he quoted me a price of $389.90 less a 10% discount of $38.99 to replace a supply line to a toilet. I already had purchased the fill valve which was bad. Had a problem with the supply line since it had a flange and was of solid construction. Supply line at a Home Depot would probably be under $20.00. The plumber attached the supply line and connected the fill valve and was done in 15 minutes. Initially I balked at having the work completed but knew I was out $125.00 and I had an appointment. I paid with a check then had afterthoughts overnight since I knew I had been scammed. I stopped payment on the check and of course received a call from Diane. Our conversation was civil at first but ended when she said "see you in court" and hung up on me. Called back and she agreed to have a supervisor call. John called and finally after pleading and reasoning with him agreed to a price of $250.00 which I still think is twice what it should have been. Company is a scam artist using church bulletins for advertisement. I plan on speaking to our church's business manger to ask them to not renew their ad.

The first time I called them, Stan showed up at 07:50 a.m. for an appointment at 08:00 on a Saturday - but he hung out in his truck and waited until eight on the nose to knock on the door. I had a clog in my sink drain that was too far down for my snake to reach. He measured from the sink and the main, cut out a bit of pipe, cleaned it out, and then installed a T joint with a plug I could take out if I needed. Now, there's no part of the pipe I can't reach with the snake. That was the first of many great interactions. At this point, I tell them what the problem is, and they come fix whatever it is, and I pay them. I trust them so much that I don't need to talk to them before they fix something.
