I called All Comfort Services today and they were able to send Monte A. on the same day. He's the man! All he had to do was be in the house and his aura was enough to bring that dead unit back to life! (Seriously!) He said he just checked the outside unit and it seemed to be blowing hot air indicating it was working. Honestly it wasn't working when I checked it the evening before - my aura must be old & tarnished. Like me. Good thing Monte's isn't. Just the trip charge - worth it. I've made a service appointment to get the oil changed and tires rotated on the furnaces and air conditioning unit and I'm certain whomever they send will bring the aura, too. We are comfortable once again.

All Comfort Office and Service Staff always seem friendly, explain things, give us the cost up front, and when done All Comfort has cleaned up and leave the place clean. However, the scheduling has been a nightmare. The person who handles the communication and scheduling is hard to work with - I had some questions on how to make payment before scheduling and they responded in a snarky and condescending tone. And after a few back and forths, started ghosting me completely - no response to VMs or emails. I wish I could directly deal with John S instead of this person.

If he had told us that, then we would have greatly reduced our personal chit-chat! Then when I called to have our bill reduced, they said we had to pay the full amount of $260! I do not mind the $100 for the service call and maybe ~ 10 paid minutes it took to say we need a new faucet, but I DO MIND paying 50 minutes X $2.00/minute = $100 for a friendly discussion!! I do not know the quality of their work because they did not do any. I eventually replaced the faucet myself.

I could have rescheduled for Thursday, but I decided to cancel and give someone else a try. Hopefully someone who values their customer's time better.

It took them 3 visits to make it functional .... The first plumber installed it and the was no water pressure . The second plumber Seemed a little more knowledgeable.... But still the sprayer was not functional It took a third plumber to finally make it right..... and I was billed fully for all 3 visits. It seems to me if you have to come back and fix something that wasn't done properly...... I should not have to pay for the remediation. I would not use them again.
