He made sure our house was safe and took the time to show and explain to us clearly any issues that arose. Nathanial is the best and you can tell how much he cares about his work. I think our house had one of the worst electrical situations possible, and I think it would be rare to find other electricians in the state who could have handled the job as expertly as Nathanial and Scott did. I talked with the technician and explained that I needed a service call because I couldn't figure it out. He gives me a friendly suggestion to look for a "hidden" second GFCI, and voila there it is. I reset the 2nd one, and all is well. Point of the story is that they could have just scheduled a service call, but they were friendly enough to help me figure out the problem without me needing to wait (and pay the-stupid-tax for an obvious problem that wasn't really a problem - I won't deny it). Sure, they have better things to do than make an "idiot" call that can be fixed in 30 seconds. Nonetheless, I consider the fact that they gave me their advice "great".
