This was the next afternoon, after MG&E said there was a broken weatherhead that need replacing first before they could reattach the wire. But the afternoon of the 11th brought nonstop thunderstorms and the technician waited in his truck for a break in the rain to get out and fix it, but it didn't come. He went home and I went to my family's house since I had no power for dinner. When I came home, I got a text saying Ader had returned and completed the repair. My neighbor was so impressed by Ader's tenacity waiting for the a break in the rain, that he will also start using Helping Hands! Thank you so much!

To be fair, they ultimately did not charge the "service fee" but also to be fair, that was primarily due to the failure of their billing system and their representative being unable to use it successfully from his company-issued tablet.

This, combined with the quality of work that we ended up with have resulted in our highest recommendation. Nathanial found and corrected so many issues that the previous installer (who was either not an electrician or a terrible one) had made. He made sure our house was safe and took the time to show and explain to us clearly any issues that arose. Nathanial is the best and you can tell how much he cares about his work. I think our house had one of the worst electrical situations possible, and I think it would be rare to find other electricians in the state who could have handled the job as expertly as Nathanial and Scott did. Every inspector that came to our house also commented on how nice a job they did!

They were quick to respond and scheduled a time to come out and do a walk-through and estimate. The estimate was very reasonable and we scheduled the work. The day of, the technicians showed up about 90 min late, but since I had the entire day off it didn't cause a problem. They worked for approximately 5 hrs to do everything we needed and then clean up. In total we had a bathroom exhaust fan installed and vented, two wall outlets installed, a bedroom light replaced with a ceiling fan, a kitchen light replaced with a ceiling fan and three recessed lights installed in our hallway. The end product was excellent (there was some plaster damage, but this was expected and our plasterer is coming out in a month anyway) and we are very satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend Harmony and we plan to have them back to do some more work in a couple months.

I reset the 2nd one, and all is well. Point of the story is that they could have just scheduled a service call, but they were friendly enough to help me figure out the problem without me needing to wait (and pay the-stupid-tax for an obvious problem that wasn't really a problem - I won't deny it). Sure, they have better things to do than make an "idiot" call that can be fixed in 30 seconds. Nonetheless, I consider the fact that they gave me their advice "great".
