He even had the part we needed on the truck. We were up and running within an hour. Our property manager also commented that it was the fastest response she had ever seen. The first system that Adams installed, resulted in a sand type substance coming out of all my facets, Adams said the equipment was faulty so, they installed a second unit, cost me $1,500. That unit did not reduce my water problem. I had a second plumber evaluate the problem and they suggested that I spend another $2,000 for additional equipment. Rory came promptly the next day and, after asking lots of good questions recommended not replacing anything at this point. We followed up this discussion by looking at the 3 furnaces/blowers, based on the rising cost of propane and new insulation work recently done on our house. Rory was both patient and extremely knowledgeable, helping me put together a plan for the next few years while not pushing any installations at this time. I felt strongly that he had my best interests at heart and will definitely use Infinity as we change out equipment over time.
