I am very grateful for the Corcoran team -- and hope that you will learn to depend on them as much…read moreas I have over the past 12+ years. As part of a remodel project, I needed makeup air to compensate for walls and ductwork that would be removed. First, they conducted an on-site assessment of the residence and provided a detailed proposal for their services. Months later they were able to quickly assign a crew to do the work before the remodeling began. Multiple, seasoned team members got the job done well under the time estimated. Professional, kind and thorough, the Corcoran team ensured the automated controller and electrical setup with the damper was in working order and even took time to explain how it was implemented, including placement for easy maintenance in the future. No detail was left undone. They were happy to explain the inner workings to me so that I felt comfortable with how it all worked end-to-end. Their team lead also capitalized on an unexpected opportunity to coordinate their efforts with our remodeler, who was also on-site the same day. He made sure he understood how the makeup air system and damper control could work with the new kitchen range hood that would be installed the following month. The sheet metal fabrication fit and finish on the new ductwork shows how much attention to detail the ownership instills in their team. They care about their craft and doing things right the first time. I continue to be a customer of Corcoran because of experiences like this one. I'm never disappointed and am always left with the feeling like the work was done correctly and communicated respectfully. Kudos to Corcoran for making customers for life!

It took them a day to fix the problem and all the problems the other contractors had created by not understanding how old furnaces work. Comfort Air was very professional, called when they said they would, delivered estimates well within reason and market value, and delivered on their promises on time the first time. If you have an old furnace, call these guys. As a testament to how well they did fixing my old furnace, when I upgrade to a brand-new system with duct work (which my house currently doesn't have), I'll be using Comfort Air.

Nothing special per say but friendly, reasonable and while I was skeptical about the service agreement, It turned out to be a God send. If you have the service agreement, you save a ton of money and trust me, if you live in the area, you will not find a better company. They don't make the prices up, they have listings of what things cost so it's the same price for everyone. This is my HVAC company for as long as I own my house and live in Wonder Lake.

My household had been dealing with a broken air conditioner for too many weeks when the home appliance warranty service I go thru assigned Chad to my account. And, all I will say is I ended up telling the warranty place to assign only this company to my account going forward for any HVAC services I may need in the future. Although the warranty company had both Chad and I jumping thru hoops to finally get the air conditioner running again, I have no doubts at all the process would have been even more agonizing if I had to work with anyone else. Hell, Chad and his son even fixed some warped boards on my back deck while they waited on the coolant to drain from my overcharged A/C the previously assigned HVAC company had done. Talk about mind-blowing! Want to be transparent in this review, though. I have absolutely no idea what all the work and visits cost because the warranty I have paid all but the one and only $100 service charge I gave them at the start of the fiasco but, under the circumstances, I would have happily paid ANY price for the kind of service we received from Tritan Heating & Cooling. #PositivelyPriceless
