In December of 2022, the HVAC unit Malfunctioned, and the Heater stopped working. Since this was a Brand New Home and Combined Services HVAC installed this unit - Andrew from Combined Services was sent to my home and was able to get the heat going. In July of 2024, Combined Services installed a Reme Halo System but failed to install the transformer (I have the original box this system came in and noticed the transformer is still in this original box - purchased from Combined Services). In December of 2024, this Unit Malfunctioned for the 2nd time, the technician from Combined Service informed me there is a broken part on this unit - and they need to order and install the missing part - an "inducer cooling wheel." This system also made large noises and the air distribution is completely unbalanced. I no longer hear the noises, but the air distribution is still extremely poor - the Primary Bedroom & Bathroom receive most of the air and or heat even though the vents are closed.
