Ok, I have another review on Yelp giving these folks one star…read more If you read that review you'll see I did not have an initial good experience with these folks. However, after I posted it(they apparently monitor their reviews) Martin called. Essentially they said you're pissed and understandably . Let us make it right. Helped me get the roof reinspected as well as gutter and siding. As near as I can tell it was quality work (I'm in no position to inspect a roof). The roof got replaced in a decent time frame. The other work took some time and calls from me to find out what the hold up was. Overall it was a good experience with the noted caveats.

When my next-door neighbor had his roof replaced by Pro Restoration LLC, I was surprised to receive…read moremy neighbors call to say that Pre Restoration had noted that my roof and siding had been damaged by the hailstorm. Although a senior citizen widow, I have been proud of the way I have maintained my home. I decided to meet with Andrew Marinaro from Pro Restoration, who pointed out the damage, helped contact my insurance company and the company was in full agreement regarding the damage. I worked closely with Pro Restoration personnel to plan the roofing, siding, gutter and shutter replacement of which a major percentage was covered by insurance. A new product was chosen for the siding and Pro Restoration worked closely with that company to be certain that PR knew the characteristics of the new product and its proper application. Each individual at PR from Kyle Z, to the office staff, to each individual workman has been attentive, hard working and so respectful. Andrew has been available and immediately responsive to my many questions and concerns. I am a bit of a perfectionist and he has been most patient in addressing each and every item. (One day I had a list of 25 items) My home looks absolutely beautiful. All questions, concerns and corrections have been addressed and I cannot encourage you enough to choose Pro Restoration LLC for your next home project, be it major or minor. P.S. Two of my other neighbors are having their roofs replaced by Pro Restoration LLC!!

After an interior updating in 2017 we were due for an exterior makeover on our home that's 26 years old. Further, when the old siding was removed we found one third of the house didn't have foam insulation and a vapor barrier in back of the siding. Half the siding crew stopped, got the needed materials, and did the job right. Wow! The icing on the cake? On November 10 we had a bad storm come through and we were concerned about hail/storm damage. I contacted Eldridge right away and Chris, our contact person at Eldridge, came out right away and went over the entire house and the house was fine with just a couple of minor dents in the gutters on the west side of the house. One of the best advantages of Eldridge is they work out the paperwork for insurance claims, if necessary. Well done, Eldridge Roofing!
