However, after I posted it(they apparently monitor their reviews) Martin called. Essentially they said you're pissed and understandably . Let us make it right. Helped me get the roof reinspected as well as gutter and siding. As near as I can tell it was quality work (I'm in no position to inspect a roof). The roof got replaced in a decent time frame. The other work took some time and calls from me to find out what the hold up was. Overall it was a good experience with the noted caveats.

They destroyed our gutter guard system while removing the shingles and tried to reinstal it bent up with nails instead of screws, so the system never worked properly again. Never did they take responsibility for the damage the leaks caused to the ceilings. Then a few days later we notice leaking in the hallway caused by them removing : vent cover and discarding in our side yard. Called them up recently to ask them to repair the mistakes they left and was told by V.P. they only stand behind their roofs and workmanship for 5 years.... ONLY 5 YEAR WARRANTY...... on a ROOF!! After an interior updating in 2017 we were due for an exterior makeover on our home that's 26 years old. Further, when the old siding was removed we found one third of the house didn't have foam insulation and a vapor barrier in back of the siding. Half the siding crew stopped, got the needed materials, and did the job right. Wow! The icing on the cake? On November 10 we had a bad storm come through and we were concerned about hail/storm damage. I contacted Eldridge right away and Chris, our contact person at Eldridge, came out right away and went over the entire house and the house was fine with just a couple of minor dents in the gutters on the west side of the house.
