I called them at least five times and left messages, but they never returned my calls. In the end, six weeks went by with zero contact. In short, they totally "ghosted" me, for no reason. The owner took the time to come out look at the job and discuss it with me. He then made recommendations and sent me a bid. After following up to see if I had any questions, we set a time to do the work. They came when they said they would, did the work and each crew member was very friendly and wanted to make sure that all of my questions were answered. The two crew members working on a project on my street had all their utility van doors open and had rap music blaring from them as if the van were a personal stereo system. When I asked them to turn them down, I got angry stares and no reply. I called the company at 12:26PM today to let them know about this and gave the van's licence plate number. I left another message soon after when no one picked up a second time. I asked for a call back today regarding this issue and by 7:45PM, no one had called. I called the number again and a woman explained that they usually answer calls the next business day. I asked if this was standard even if there were issues on a job site from neighbors and she said yes. I pressed further and she stated that no one was answering the phone lines or checking voice messages today because there was no one answering phones, as the assistant did not come into work today. Save yourself embarrassment and do not use this company. I'm not even their customer and their poor behavior and lack of communication with people made me want to be their first review. Good luck Northwest Gutters Inc--you'll need it!
