We live in Urbana, IL and we were hit with an unexpected Hail Storm. It was a sight to be witnessed. However, the damage that our roof and siding had was unbelievable. We saw a sign in front of our neighbors home for ideal property Solutions and were pleasantly approached by Mr. Cho. Mar. Cho walked us through the process we need to g through with our insurance to get our home fixed. He is approachable and patiently answered all of our questions. He came personally many times to work with our adjuster and help us choose new color for our siding and roof. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! The most annoying thing is that after getting ALL their money, they don't care for you anymore. It's more than two months that we keep writing emails, leaving text and voice messages and nobody respond. We called Danut (Dan) Hotea (presumably the owner), Kristi (the former secretary), Taylor (apparently the current secretary), James Styers (the former salesman) C. Cho (the current salesman) with no response. We need a receipt to show the insurance company that the work was completed and warranty papers in case any problem arises in the future, but apparently we will never get the paperwork. Just want to advise people not to use Ideal Property Solutions. I had Ideal out to look at my roof. Many homeowners in my subdivision are getting new roofs with insurance claims. I was told that if I make a claim to my insurance they would meet the adjuster when they came out. We scheduled the adjuster and advised Ideal of the appointment. The day before I confirmed the appt with Ideal and Josh Bevins confirmed he would be at the appt 9 am 8/13/2020. The adjuster came and inspected the roof. Ideal never showed up or called. When the adjuster was done reviewing the roof he said if the roofer was present he could discuss the issue with the roofer. Since, the Ideal was not at the appt the insurance agent said he could not approve the claim. Now, I will have to pay for the roof my self. DO NOT USE IDEAL PROPERTY SOLUTIONS. read more

Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience working with this company and I would never recommend them to anyone. I signed a contract with Ideal Property Solutions on May 13, 2020 and the work extended through September 30, 2020, when I finally made the decision to cut off the pending services. Besides the multiple missed deadlines that were promised to me, the company had poor communication and would give me the run around on the completion of projects within the scope of the contract. The work on my house kept getting pushed off so that they could chase down more business that could get them fast money. In my opinion, the company is more concerned with doing quick jobs where they could get paid fast through insurance. The worst part of all of this was not once did the owner contact me to discuss my concerns. This is definitely a company I would not recommend to anyone as this business is managed extremely poorly. read more

We had damage on our roof and gutters but we s as Lao had solar panels. Me Cho was very helpful in getting our roof and gutters redone. I couldn't believe how fast the roofing team did the roof. The guys that put our solar panels back on said the roof was done beautifully. The flashing by the vents was perfect and the shingles were so straight.
