From the first phone call, Project Manager John Ilkow was responsive, professional, and easy to…read moredeal with. He clearly outlined our options and provided us a free estimate "on-the-spot," including rates for any additional work that may arise, unforseen. He provided us a shingle sample and folder full of product, warranty, and licensing information. After collecting multiple quotes, we chose Jarvis Exteriors for our new roofs based on the quality materials, reasonable pricing, and John! We were not disappointed! First, the work was scheduled to be started less than 10 days after we signed the paper and provided a deposit. Then, a day before, a very polite young man from Jarvis came to the house to post the building permit in the front window. Later that day the materials were delivered. On work day, John and the crew were prompt and prepared. They discussed all that would be done. The crew took great care protecting our lawn and gardens. They were respectful, hard-working, careful, thorough, and cleaned up completely. The new roof on the garage and front of the house was done in ONE DAY. And it's beautiful! Even after a complete tear-off and re-roofing, ALL my tulips stood tall and had all their petals! For some additional anticipated work, John presented the need for it, confirmed the cost was the same as originally quoted, and waited for our approval before having the team proceed. We agreed. The final bill was EXACTLY what was quoted and what we expected. We couldn't be more thrilled with the entire experience with Jarvis Exteriors, John, Ilkow, and the rest of the crew!

After reaching out for suggestions Dynico came back as the clear choice as a company to do this work. I reached out and Corky immediately responded. He was so responsive throughout the entire process and handled necessary open issues with the insurance company. He listened and suggested the proper way to handle the work, always looking out for my best interest. Corky is one of the most knowledgeable, professional and detail oriented individuals I ever worked with in the construction industry. The crews showed up on the promised day. They did an excellent high quality job on the work, maintained a very clean work site and the property was spotless after all work was complete. All work was done to the highest workmanship standards. Most importantly the job was completed in a timely manner. They started and finished with no delay's. I absolutely suggest Dynico for all your needs and in particular make sure to talk with Corky when reaching out to them.

I had an awful experience with IBI. The entire project was mismanaged (3 different project managers…read morein a 6 month period) with poor communication, poor workmanship, and an owner (Tony) who would rather battle his clients than right any wrongdoing by his company. We had them do three different areas of tilework; kitchen backsplash, powder room floor, and a 225 sq ft sunroom. All three areas had to be redone as the workmanship was such a poor quality. I had to hire a separate company to fix the powder room floor after IBI botched the job twice (see white mosaic tile picture). The kitchen backsplash tile spacing was extremely uneven (the installer used torn pieces of construction paper for spacers) and had to be ripped out and reinstalled. The tile spacing in the sun room (10" dark gray hexagon tiles) was off by as much as .5" in places and tiles had to be removed and reinstalled. The grout color was mixed incorrectly and way lighter than it was supposed to be. On top of all that, the charged us more than double industry standard for the work. We eventually had to take them to arbitration to receive credits that were owed. Almost all of the work was subcontracted. The only work that IBI actually did was install new cabinets. The kitchen was gutted and their "designer" created a layout that could not fit a standard sized refrigerator. They did not realize this until everything was done and the fridge didn't fit in the space allotted. We were left with a damaged fridge (dented by IBI in the moving process - another matter that was settled in arbitration) that was sticking out 3 feet into our kitchen for months while we battled to get the issue corrected. They eventually had to rip out the cabinets and modify the design so that we could have a standard sized fridge. Save yourself a major headache and avoid Incredible Builders. Hire someone else who can do the job right the first time. Also, be cautious of the positive reviews that are sure to follow this one. Tony has been known to hassle customers who had an ok experience and pressure them to write positive reviews to save face for the company. If you want to get a true glimpse of who you'd be dealing with, check out the complaint section on the Better Business Bureau. Slam dunk?
