The technician that came out was knowledgeable and personable, and found that it was not a roof leak but a pvc pipe leak. When asked calmly about it, Sean started yelling, "Oh my God, Oh my God!". It's the strangest, most child like reaction I've ever seen or heard of from a subcontractor in 20 years as a project manager. I should have known there was a problem when we accepted his"proposal" (which turned out to be a piece of paper I would buy from Staples) and he refused to write specifics until the start date, then immediately charged an extra 1000 dollars because it was a jetted tub, which as it turns out, is almost no different than setting a normal tub. Just exceptionally disappointed with the work itself and stunned by the baby like fits he threw when confronted in a nice manner about the lack of adherence to code (His response to that was, "I was told there wouldn't be any inspectors". What a dipstick. DEFINITELY DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
