Not only was Benji and his team great to work with they took the time to explain the process, answer my questions, and even keep me informed through out the process from scheduling to installation. Benji even helped me navigate the insurance process (since this was my first home owners claim) and explained next steps to make sure my insurance company was kept in the loop and on board with our solutions. They were quick, clean and very nice. When they found some construction mistakes under the old roof, Benji talked through my options, explained the costs (which was very minimal) and made sure I was comfortable with proceeding with the repair. After the roof was replaced it looked nicer and more finished than the original roof I had when I bought the house. Ace Exteriors took the time to install edging that completed the look and hid the hardware underneath. Extra bonus! Overall this team went above and beyond my expectations. I've had many contractors work on my house (large companies and small) and Ace Exteriors was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I feel good about the work that was completed, and the cost was very reasonable. Super happy to work with them again.

Another one was $20,000 One was $14,000 but I didn't like the guy Finally, we settled on Installers Now, LLC for $13,950 for the complete roof. Extra things come up on the job, like broken gutters and the installation of a bathroom rooftop exhaust fan. Only $800 for the 5 different extras. The boss and owner. Benjamin Mancillas was wonderful to work with!!! On-time and very polite on my exhaustive questions about the job Excellent warranty on their work. They showed up yesterday and did the whole job in one day, and it was beautifully done. Very, very good cleanup!! I mowed the lawn today and did not see, one rooftop piece or roof nail. I am very, very happy with the work!! Thanks everyone for your help, I thought you might find it interesting, the final result. Frank and Sheila 5117 Comanche Way

I had other inquiries regarding related issues and he helped me identify other work that should be done in conjunction with a roof replacement. I had him compete with three other companies nonetheless. He made every effort to win the contract but he wasn't pushy and only replied when I initiated contact first. I felt like I was dealing with a neighbor, not a salesperson. It was a tough decision but his personal touch closed the deal. When the day came to do the work, the crew was onsite right away and went straight to work. They were not disruptive and got the job done in less than one day. They didn't damage my lawn with their equipment and they checked multiple times that they cleaned up properly and didn't miss anything. They are a local company that I highly recommend.

My roof was done less than 5 years ago and is in great condition. I called to ask what they saw and the slick saleswoman on the phone tried to tell me I "misconstrued" the meaning of "it looks like it's reaching the end of its lifespan" and that it really meant that they were simply offering a free inspection. I have been in professional construction for over 50 years, and it is sleazy operators like this who give honest roofers a bad name. Just say NO to Storm Guard Roofing and Construction!

This past spring we had our roof completely replaced with an Owens Corning roofing system. I had requested bids from just about all of the major contractors in the Madison area and Storm Guard came out on top. The speed at which the job was completed was unreal. There was always someone checking in to make sure everything was being completed as expected and kept us fully informed throughout the process. The roof on the house and garage look great and after a summer of rain and wind everything is tight. Great warranty from Storm Guard and Owens Corning - nice to know they stand behind their work. I would go back to Storm Guard for any of my future projects and would happily recommend their services. A well deserved 2 thumbs up and 5 stars (+).

Critical issues persisted after their second installation, such as: - Continual Leak Around Water Heater Vent: Despite their efforts, the persistent leak has led to consequential water damage in the surrounding area and inside of our home. - Poor Installation Around Fireplace and Electrical Pole Vents: -- --- Inadequate sealing has potential for moisture and air intrusion, demanding immediate repair to prevent further damage. - Ponding Water and Damaged Gutters: Significant ponding of water on the roof indicates improper drainage, coupled with damaged gutters and insufficient support. Craftsman Exteriors' inability to address these concerns after multiple attempts to contact them (on November 8th, 9th, 10th, 17th, 21st, 27th, 28th, and 30th, 2023) has led to unresolved issues. Their disregard for industry standards and failure to rectify issues, even after a failed city inspection, is concerning. We are deeply disappointed by their unresponsiveness in fixing these construction deficiencies, and it raises serious questions about their professionalism and adherence to regulations. Videos below show active leaking from our roof into our basement and ponding across roof after their second installation: https://youtu.be/Q5rnA1AqJoY https://youtu.be/4TDDEV1r498

I was given an outstanding price because I had an estimate with 3 other roofing companies and Craftsman Exteriors beat them all hands down. I was still skeptical because of the price and met with the owner of the company. David is by far the most knowledgeable landscaper I've met. From start to finish, he keeps you in the loop with his work. His attention to detail is light years ahead of most landscapers I know. What sets him apart is his patience and dedication. He is always open for questions and suggestions which is a huge plus for me as I tend to have many questions and suggestions, but the biggest "nothing but net" slam dunk about him is that he keeps things realistic and opts for the most affordable option. He provides you with several options based on your budget to ensure everyone is on the same page. He is very punctual and definitely doesn't stand you up. David communicates his time of arrival in a clear and concise manner as this is important for me as I am juggling several things everyday. All in all, this company is a GEM and I am blessed to know David and his crew. Great folks. Would recommend them 100% to all walks of life. My back yard is on the edge of a conservancy and always mostly in shade and the ground stays soft so when a previous service had used a standing mower it left deep ruts in the yard that had to be filled. I told David this and asked not to use the standing mower but his guys used the standing mower anyway. The front of the house really cannot be done with the standing mower. David will no longer be doing anything in my yard.
