Many items seemed to have dents and dings from being on the floor with carts pushing past. Every Woodcraft Store I have dealt with has always provided friendly, knowledgeable service from people who are passionate about the craft. The Virginia Beach store is no different. The only downside is its location. Traveling from Suffolk the roads are congested and heavily traveled. It is not a pleasant place to travel. While it is closer than Woodcraft Richmond, I will probably drive to Richmond to avoid the traffic.
