But on day one, while I was looking over the saws and doing my research in the store, at least half a dozen associates came over to check on me and make sure I was doing OK. I've been in many other larger hardware stores and the staff never approaches you, not even one time. But both days at this hardware store, the staff was incredibly helpful. On the second day, when I made the purchase, the associate named Aaron provided tremendous assistance. He was incredibly knowledgeable and did an amazing job walking me through the product features, registration of the saw, and he gave me so many helpful tips. He informed on the aspects of the operation of chainsaws in general that I wasn't even aware of, after more than a decade of owning and using chainsaws. I couldn't see how a hardware store could possibly have a better qualified staff member. It is truly refreshing to see someone so competent and passionate about their work.
