I took the week off to get some things done around the house, one of those was painting the hallway. I had a full can of my favorite color (Sea Salt if you were wondering) from 2021, so I took it to the store to get it shaken. Being a native, I saw someone from my childhood, and we chatted for a bit, said goodbye and exited, but I forgot something and went back in. Well, this person followed me back in the store and started again to reminisce, to the point where he was searching for more to say; it got kinda weird, but Manny was catching my non-verbal cues. I finally made my way to the register and the guy walked to the door, but he stood there playing with his phone. Manny was taking a bit to start my purchase, well he was changing search criteria to name. SW normally ask for your phone number, but Manny suspected the guy's hesitation was to hear my phone number. When the guy finally left I said, "I was praying, please don't ask for my number." Manny said he was thinking the same and that's why he asked for my name. The guy may have just been happy to see someone from the old neighborhood, we'll never know, but "Thank you, Manny, for your vigilance and protecting me." Oh, and SW paint is the best...my paint from 2021 was PERFECT after it was shaken and my hallway is as good as new! Thank you Manny and SW; a great combo!

There, I met the sweetest young woman, who helped me solve my issues of finding the right choice of paint that spoke to me. She was professional, understanding, and went out of her way to help me solve my problem. Today, I found my Angel and her name is Stacy. Presently I rent and whenever I go there for a small do-it-myself projects I am always greeted with curtesy and respect. I sometimes ask of their expert advice when I am not sure of what I will need. They remind me of the folks at Game's Farmers Market, extremely helpful and I always need assistance when I go there. Patrick's Hardware will continue to be my go to place for menial projects. I would definitely recommend their personable services and vast knowledge and I will always choose Patrick's over Home Depot and Lowe's!

I visited recently literally 4 minutes before the store closed and was not rushed through my purchase. Not only that, they grabbed all my items and brought them out to my car and placed them into my trunk for me. Now if that's not amazing service, then I don't know what to tell you. I am never disappointed when I visit. There are many times I have needed to paint match (they are experts at this) and they have been spot on.
