I compared prices online and felt theirs were competitive, plus the facility was nearby the area where we anticipated buying a home. When we had trouble with one of the locks (turned out to be operator error LOL) they quickly and graciously replaced the lock. I sent over an email asking about rates and she wrote back to me super quick with a full breakdown of all their units as well as RV and vehicle storage. I didn't write or call for a couple weeks but when I finally did she remembered me and got me all set up. The facility itself is very secure and each unit itself is secured from the others (the space at the top of the wall is chicken wired to stop people from climbing from one unit to another. There are A LOT of security cameras and they are super clear. The only downside I have is that I wish all of their lots was fully paved but it's kind of a mix of gravel and dirt but it doesn't effect driving or anything. Would definitely recommend ABC storage to anyone!

They were very friendly and thorough on all the details of renting a storage unit and what they did on property to ensure safety and security of our unit. Tip - the access into/out of the property is through an app. Coming in isn't an issue, leaving seems to be since both times we came to drop off items and exit, I had to physically get out of my car to get the gate control unit to catch the signal from the app to open the gate.

We rented a large unit to put our RV trailer in, OOPS...there was not enough room to back the trailer in as the alley was too narrow. Yes, $300 and no refund, could not use the space. We went to outside storage, very small space, hard to get in, and they credited ahead but when we left 2 months early, too bad.. I rented a 10 foot wide storage unit to put my car in, oh the opening is only 8' wide, very hard to get my suburban in, only had 4 inches per side. Just be careful when you rent from this business.

Originally I rented a covered unit to store my trailer at the Barker location. The unit that I…read more"rented" was to small, and the trailer would not fit. I paid in full for 6 months.. big mistake as there is no refunds. Period. Even when it is their error. So I was offered a slight discount at a different location. It was an enclosed building. I was told there would be access to my trailer when I needed into it. This is a lie. The trailer was parked next to another motorhome with less than 6 -8 inches. When I was offered the option to park in this enclosed unit I was offered a slight discount. But when I got the trailer into the unit they said it was bigger than I said it was and they would have to charge more.. so.. no break on the price. Also, when it is time to leave your can not remove the trailer until April 1 but you have to pay for the whole month with no option to remove march 31. so you get to pay for month even though you do not use it. Logan was nice but not very helpful. If I could give it a negative star rating I would.

My bf and I had a storage unit plus a parking spot and everyday we would go there and find the tarp to our car halfway off (it was held down with lots of weight someone had to of physically removed the weight and then moved the tarp) and it was clear someone was looking into our windows everyday to see if there was something to steal. Luckily we had literally nothing in the car so no one had broken in but it's frustrating that those cameras are only there to be used AFTER something bad happens. I think they need to have motion sensing lights or something to help deter people so that they know as soon as they're near units or peoples vehicles that people and cameras will notice! Other than that We have had no issues with the site itself.
