As stupid as I thought it was I gave her a dollar and told her how ridiculous it was to charge for tap water and she BLEW UP on me! Started yelling at me and then says she's refusing service to me and to leave then throws the dollar in my face. I explain to her that I was experiencing signs of heat exhaustion and that I was getting some water and put the dollar back on the counter and picked up a cup. She then came out from behind the counter and hit my hand so hard it bent my wrist back and made the cup go flying out of my hand. She then went ballistic on me screaming in my face and waving her arms around like a lunatic then CALLS THE COPS lying to them saying I was shoplifting!! Obviously the cops didn't believe me because why would they believe a homeless person but they actually TRESSPASSED me!! Also the manager didn't care at all that this was how her employee was acting. All I know is they should be giving ME a job to make up for allowing this behavior...especially towards someone who is diagnosed with PTSD from this exact same type. of ABUSE! Was that 50 cent water cup worth the trauma that I went through because of your employee, Chevron? I didn't know your company condoned bullying and discrimination. I would not recommend going in to this location AT ALL EVER unless you pre-set your phone to record your interactions with employees.

Overall, I really like this Circle K, and like coming here for a variety of stuff, but sometimes, and I do mean sometimes, I walk out slightly irritated. Other times I leave, and I love it here. It's not bad, just sometimes more frustrating then others. On the good side, this place is large, clean, well kept with a variety of items to choose from. Loads of drinks, a clean, well stocked store, clean gas pumps, friendly staff, donuts, coffee, and a handful of other gas station items as well. This is what keeps me coming back for more, and it's usually easy in easy out at this place. Sometimes, I get irritated because the line can be a bit long, and I seem to catch a rush here from time to time. I don't have a problem with the rush, but sometimes, depending on who's working, the lines move faster then others. Some of the attendants are faster then others, and if you catch it on a slow day, it can be frustrating when you have other things to do. Also, you can use your Fry's card here for $$ off gas if you hit a 100 points or more from shopping there. That's awesome since sometimes I do, and who doesn't like to save money on gas prices these days? Love that they work together on that, yet another reason you'll find me here getting a variety of different items, not just gas. Overall, aside from the speed of some of the attendants, I enjoy shopping here. Great store, clean, well stocked and overall a great experience!

Everything ended up working out in the end however, this is their phone, CUSTOMER SERVICE department. I had the need to speak with them regarding this issue and they were extremely unhelpful and unprepared for what needed to be done. Don't ask for management or CORPORATE because there is none to speak with in requesting a callback from someone in management or an Administrative capacity is also impossible. I will not continue to use Circle K for fuel or for convenience in the future because of this, but you just don't make the cut.

Another thing I appreciate, they're one of those designated safe meetup locations (they've got signage posted), and I've actually seen people use it to exchange items safely.
