Very disappointed by this QT- as someone who works very early I swung by this location- not thinking using the restroom would ever be an issue. Apparently they are very strict here - idk what time their bathrooms close but they don't open them till 4am. I have to wonder what 3rd shift workers or Lyft/ uber drivers do when they need to go..... Anyways other than that it's a basic QT- nothing exciting. read more

My 82 year old great aunt got in a car accident at midnight and this place was the closest safest place for her and they continued to kick her out. She explained the situation to them and they refused to let her use their location as a safe haven until she could get her vehicle towed and a ride home. Absolutely unacceptable!! read more

Bram K. was very much a DICK. He was flippant, short and uncooperative with me. My vision isn't the best and I asked him if they had a certain kind of candy. He told with an air of condescension, that "I was welcome to look for it". He was out of receipt tape. I needed my receipts for business purposes. He was very resistant to help in any way. I had to ask multiple questions and figure out a way for him to record the purchases for me. He has an air of superiority that has no place in the customer service realm. He treated me as though I was a bother and like he was above helping me. I also noticed he began speaking in a chocolate man twang (like he's some kind of jive turkey), as he spoke with the chocolate security guard. Qt is one of those places that are every where. They have great service. Good prices and good food and such. You can't go wrong going here.

The pulled pork sandwich it was not what it was advertise to be anything else is pretty good,for a quick bite on the go.

QT is usually a nice and clean convenient store and gas station filled with lots of options for drinks and snacks. Almost everyQTI have been to is clean and the staff are very friendly and professional. This location however is absolutely filthy liquid and stains all over the place papers and other items thrown on the floor and the cashier is chomping on food while trying to talk to us as she check this out. read more

This review is for 06/11/2011. Well, I have been driving around Phoenix and Scottsdale most of my day and before I had to return my rental car, I had to fuel up or pay $7.99 per gallon for fuel. I found a gas station near my motel named, Quiktrip. I had only a couple of hours left in Phoenix and I wanted to get my car ready. This gas station has at least 20 pumps and there is plenty spots to fill up. Unlike Los Angeles, there are probably only six to eight pumps and everyone is waiting in line. The price for gas was $3.559. My total was $29.00. Well, AZ does not have CA Energy Laws and that is why AZ has a cheaper gas rates, but only by .20-.30 cents. I didn't go inside since I got all my stuff from a local Circle K store, so nothing special about this place. It was just to get some fuel for my car. I read the other reviews and they may be correct about some of the things going on in the area. There were a few loiterers around. I didn't even see a car around. So, it was one of the reasons I didn't go inside. I fueled up and left. The area is a bit quiet at night and I think you should fuel up during the day as an advisement. The Yelp Universe. I love QuikTrips the one at 27th Ave and northern is the pits..I went there tonight to get a cup of hot coffee took my own QuikTrip cup in they only had a quarter cup of coffee that I could put in my cup then they was out was trying to charge me a dollar fifty nine for 1/4 cup of coffee..I drive for Uber and get coffee and gas at Kwik Trip all the time that is one I will avoid they have a ghetto mentality there.. read more

This QT happens to be one of the largest open air drug markets in a city that doesn't usually have open air drug markets because of the weather and separation of section 8 housing projects. I'm sure the employees have called the police numerous times and have seen a lot of arrests, violence, drug deals, drug use, etc. and they can't be blamed for the location. They only make about $12/hr so you can't ask them to risk their lives by acting as security too. I know I wouldn't work here for any less than $20 per hr. I think they would be well served to have police here on site 24/7 until the problem goes elsewhere. Now if you're looking to score this is the easiest place in the city to do so. If you're new or from out of town you can drop by here and grab just about anything. The local economy is run by blues though (fentanyl pills disguised as perc 30's from Mexico) and of course the ever popular crystal methamphetamine. There's also prostitution and cocaine, crack, heroin, and whatever else you can think of. If you park at a pump and just watch for a few minutes you can see plenty of deals going down. I even saw some guys smoking a tray on the side of the store until an employee went over there and caught them. They scattered like water bugs as the employee was talking to them, probably telling them to go someplace else. The police know this is a hot zone and I'm guessing they're keeping an eye on the place or at least making extra rounds here and the circle K which is right next door. In between the two buildings is a small driveway with some dirt and a few palm trees along some walls. There's always people sitting around the walls under the trees or at the bus station right out front. If you're a normal citizen I would advise avoiding this location although if you're minding your own business you should be okay. You may get asked for change by the large homeless population that's trying to raise a few bucks to buy a fix but if you're nice and respectful you won't have a problem. I'm guessing that the QT corporate office either knows about the issues here or will soon. I know how they can solve all their problems pretty easily but they won't listen to me. And QT is a great place usually, this location seems to be the black sheep of QT's in the Phoenix metro area and again it's no fault of theirs but rather the geographic location, the economy, the locals, and the growing opioid (mostly the blue fentanyl pills that are in a smokable form) and crystal meth epidemic. Again, if you're an average citizen STAY AWAY, if you're an employee I commend you for working here, and overall QT is a great place, thanks for reading my review and send me a message if you have any comments or concerns. The card readers on the pumps seldom work. Once you find a pump where the card reader works, no receipt. Going inside for a receipt forget about it. It could take 10 min. Going inside the Store, feels like taking your life in your own hands. It's a busy location and more help is needed to provide for the paying customers. Would be better if less people were there just to hang around and try to pick pocket other customers. Clean up the place. Mop up around the drink and food area, check the restrooms every now and then, kick out the napping person that is sleeping in the stall, and have them pick up empty rappers nesting around them. Help people feel safe to pull into the Driveway. I would give them zero Stars but the following are reasons I am giving them one star. Great location just off the freeway on a major street. The Gas pump prices are a few cents lower than the Huge Major brands. read more

This is a very busy QT with everything you expect to get at QT which is clean restrooms, friendly staff and plenty of anything you need. My only complaint and its just due to the neighborhood is that some customers don't know how to act in public. This idiot ( female customer ) actually blocked two handicap parking spaces just because she was waiting for somebody. This is not QT's problem just lack of home training for some people in the area. read more

About a year ago they contracted with the city to have off duty Phoenix PD officers to "stand guard" and protect the customers / property during certain times. Thanks QT. By the way; if you don't see the police officer at night, I would not venture in this parking lot or store.
