I first went for trash bags where he says they didn't sell any and that he couldn't give me one because they use them. I just said ok that's fine, then when waiting by a gas pump i approached the cashier again to ask for a slim jim where I was greeted with a phone call where Mark was on the phone with the police asking me if i needed an ambulance, I responded no I jsut wanted to get a slim jim. Then Mark says to the dispatcher, yes pelase send a tow truck and police officer. Absolutely confused, I just left because I don't know what Marks intentions were. This gas station needs to look into hiring a more fit, efficient, and effective night cashier.

They lock the beer up and you gotta wait for someone to unlock it. And it's kinda annoying. The grill for food yeah, Gross. And there's no public bathroom. Plus every homeless person in the state seem to like to hang out here and ask me for my money. It's really annoying. Recommendations, go to quick trip if you want a better experience. But it's a gas station who really cares any ways. Besides the guy posting this review.

Overall, I really like this Circle K, and like coming here for a variety of stuff, but sometimes, and I do mean sometimes, I walk out slightly irritated. Other times I leave, and I love it here. It's not bad, just sometimes more frustrating then others. On the good side, this place is large, clean, well kept with a variety of items to choose from. Loads of drinks, a clean, well stocked store, clean gas pumps, friendly staff, donuts, coffee, and a handful of other gas station items as well. This is what keeps me coming back for more, and it's usually easy in easy out at this place. Sometimes, I get irritated because the line can be a bit long, and I seem to catch a rush here from time to time. I don't have a problem with the rush, but sometimes, depending on who's working, the lines move faster then others. Some of the attendants are faster then others, and if you catch it on a slow day, it can be frustrating when you have other things to do. Also, you can use your Fry's card here for $$ off gas if you hit a 100 points or more from shopping there. That's awesome since sometimes I do, and who doesn't like to save money on gas prices these days? Love that they work together on that, yet another reason you'll find me here getting a variety of different items, not just gas. Overall, aside from the speed of some of the attendants, I enjoy shopping here. Great store, clean, well stocked and overall a great experience!

Then I hear this loud "WHAT ARE YOU DOING ?" Talking to me a man in his sixties like I was child! She the black girl with short hair, obviously has no customer service skills. The appropriate statement from her could have been " may I help you or can I help you find something? But no....It was "" WHAT ARE YOU DOING " Here is the topper to the situation... She would not run my pick or powerball tickets for last night. When asked, she said "I could" But i won't 'i asked what her name was.... No response ! Name tags would be a great enhancement to your staff. If a person in a business, won't state there name.... They know their behavior has been less than desirable with that customer. As retired flight attendant of 38 years under my belt. It amazes me how people today dont have a good work ethic along with customer service skills. All it really is .....People skills ! Treat people how you want to be treated. There are people who have no couth, no class, and simply were not taught any better. "When you know better, you do better" with that said , I will never go there again do to HER. Matter of fact, I won't be going to any Circle K's from this point on. Everything ended up working out in the end however, this is their phone, CUSTOMER SERVICE department. I had the need to speak with them regarding this issue and they were extremely unhelpful and unprepared for what needed to be done. Don't ask for management or CORPORATE because there is none to speak with in requesting a callback from someone in management or an Administrative capacity is also impossible. I will not continue to use Circle K for fuel or for convenience in the future because of this, but you just don't make the cut.

Super convenient and actually good. Also, as long as the kitchen is open, you can order through the app, and they run meal deals and other promos, which makes it even easier to justify the stop. Another thing I appreciate, they're one of those designated safe meetup locations (they've got signage posted), and I've actually seen people use it to exchange items safely. That's a small thing that goes a long way. Every time I walk in, someone greets me, which stands out because there are times I don't see THEM.
