When it comes to gas stations I real don't have high expectations. Not being familiar with this brand I stopped in to fill up after arriving to north Phoenix as I was low on fuel and it seemed urgent. Pulling in it didn't seem so bad. Once I parked I was cornered by homeless and people begging for change. I hadn't even put my car in park and I already had one knocking on my window asking for change. Once they left I got out to pump gas in my tank soon as I pulled out my wallet I was approached by another asking for change. When I told them that didn't have any they scowled at me. I blew it off and continued my business pumping gas. Not even a minute had gone by when I was approached by another. They were like pigeons! By the time my tank was filled up I'd already been harassed by seven different individuals in the short few minutes I was filling my tank. I understand times are tough but it really bothers me that the gas station management wasn't doing anything about this apparent ongoing problem on their property. I know it's not completely their fault but I feel it looks bad on their business allowing this kind of activity and behavior to occur on their property. Easy in and out of driveway off Peoria or out of the old Metro Center. Place is very busy. But for the most part it's pretty clean.

2 stars is solely for the price of the gas per gallon. It was the cheapest around. About 1/2 their pumps were "out of service" so I had to wait to get my gas. Then I ventured inside to pick up some snacks for my hotel stay. I couldn't get out of the there fast enough. If you like sketch areas, this is the place for you! I saw the security guard chase 2 guys out right before I went inside. Once inside, the fun didn't end. Uuughh too much sketch for me. I was just glad I didn't get harassed. read more

I showed pictures to manager, Jonathan C., employee since 2014, after he refused to look at it. Some suggested solutions, lock and deny access or have an employee stationed by the door 24/7. I read other reviews this evening. I don't look at reviews about a QuikTrip before I go inside because they're usually in pretty good shape. One of the perks of my job is I get to do a lot of travel. I love to try new restaurants whether they are mom and pops, fine dinining, chains or fast food. They all have a place in my enormous belly. One dirty little secret that I can now share with the world: I like gas station food. I do have standards, barely, in that I generally only would eat at 7-11, AM/PM and Circle K. Although I did find a great place in Illinois called Casey's General Store that I would happily add to my standards list. Here is a new one to add, QuikTrip. We don't have them in California. They put my favorite, AM/PM, to shame. They are so clean and have everything that you could want from a convenience store but what really sets them apart is the made to order food (sandwiches, pizza) and their "Roller" grill. There they have a bounty of items like hot dos, egg rolls, taquitos and the like and it is fully loaded. It looks like they take great pride in their food. I have visited a handful of QT's in my travels but just got water and fuel. After a long day I was tired and ready to get food. After spending way too much time deciding I went for a Country Sausage Dog doused in cheese sauce and a Kolache. The Country Sausage Dog is what you might think it is, sausage rolled like a hot dog on a bun. It was delicious. If you like breakfast sausage you will love this treat. I classed it up by dousing it in the cheese sauce. The Kolache was next level. A spicy hot dog rolled in this sweet bread and baked. It reminded me of being a kid and making hot dogs wrapped in the Pillsbury Crescent Roll dough. Delicious! Ultimately, this place hits the mark. Friendly, clean, tons of selection and fuel. This place is a must for any road trip. read more

Wow. Fast is an understatement. Two cashiers, two terminals, handling two customers at once - one on each side. This is their business model - awesome! Step up to a terminal by the donuts and order a fresh hot pretzel - done in two mintues I have seen elaborate coffee stations but I was in love when I saw their elaborate TEA station. SWEET! My favorite. Hot tea, iced tea, flavored tea, brewed tea, boxed jarred and sunned tea. I think I will quit my professional job and work at a QT if they ever come to Michigan. :) read more

I never been so amused with a convenience store like this, THEY carried TONS OF FLAVORED DRINKS from MANGO Limeade's to Pina colada icee's to vanilla mocha hot drinks!! i bought some tom's CHIPS, they dont have the onion ring flavor which is theee absolute best but nonetheless they carry the brand so thats a plus! i got a 44oz MANGO limeade for about 2 bucks or so! talk about cheap!! they sold pretty affordable iphone charger as well. 15 bucks duracell brand compared to the $20 china knock off at the mall. read more

Qt always has amazing fresh food and no lines for gas, but this qt also has great service. Its located across the street from in n out burger. Today is easter and I am really craving in n out. After scouring the internet I wasn't able to come up with any answers about their hours on easter so I called qt and the helpful person on the phone looked outside and told me there was no cars in the drive through and that they were probably closed. Expected better than this from Quick Trip employees. The place was a mess when walking in the door to purchase gasoline with cash and a quick bite to eat and drink. Soda fountain machine was sooo freaking sticky and smelly with god-knows-what spilled all over machine and on floor. People walking through it tracking across the store. Ugly mess. Obviously been there for a while. Bought a pizza, got home, wrong toppings (not that big a deal) but undercooked as hell, never had this before at this QT. Anyway, the place was a huge mess, condiment bar was out of items, and the bathroom was gross. Weird happenings at QT I'm telling you - I told employee about bathroom he says we'll get to it man. Went in to get a soda. As I'm waiting in line I can't help but notice snacks hanging out the bottom of these drawers on the floor below the candy bars. This is the over stock they keep close to the dirty floor. This is absolutely disgusting! After I pay I go to my car as I'm parked in front by the soda machine. I literally see 6 people walk out with taquitos and soda without paying. Even a man dug in the garbage to get a circle k cup and filled it up with soda drinking it inside and kept filling it up and no one says anything. Guy fills 8 cups up and he's stuffing his pockets with snacks that are above were the lids are. Then goes and grabs taquitos and leaves. If you want free food and drinks this is the location to go to cause they got young kids working that won't say a damn word. read more

Gas and so much more. QuikTrip is always a great choice when it comes to refueling. I find it a challenge to just purchase "gas" when I visit a QuikTrip. I like the soda fountain station, and the multitude of snacks QuikTrip has to offer. I always manage to find a snack I hadn't had in quite some time, and it just calls my name. In addition, just like all quick trips this store is extremely clean, even more so then normal. Reasonably priced gas, ice cold drinks, and snacks, it doesn't get any better. read more

Little bit of back story. I grew up in Tucson. We had Circle K's (Ok) and Quickmarts (Usually Ghetto). We had nothing like QT so when I moved to Phoenix and found my first one I thought to myself what is this beverage heaven? I was instantly hooked. Fast forward 7 years later, still my favorite place for a quick snack and pick me up drink but the novelty has worn off, yes I'm spoiled, sue me. So I happen to be over at Raising Canes (next door to brand new shiny QT), and I need to fill up the car. I pull in and see the building is oval and their are chairs and tables outside. Hmmmm, OK I'm intrigued. Then I see a sign that says Soft Serve Cones. (HELLO ICE CREAM!) Walk in this place, they have soft serve machines, a smoothie and tea bar, it is absolutely out of this world. QT raised the bar on itself. I can only hope this is a new store they are testing the layout on and that they will continue to make more stores like this and possibly look into revamping some of the older ones. Good Job QT! As good a gas station as you'll find because it has a rare combination of terrific customer service and an incredible array of food and drinks and goodies. You can get literally anything that you need while on a car ride (mobile accessories, food, drink, snacks, newspapers). Amazing amount of options. But the key is the customer service, because their staff genuinely gives a damn about you, and treats you well. I'll always be loyal for this place when on business trips to Phoenix area because they deserve it. read more

It's a standard QT except for the excessive amount of homeless people that loiter out front. Police have been there many times to regulate the amount of homeless panhandling out front. Probably a great place to find a new drug dealer, if that's your thing. read more

Saw this from the freeway when driving home from Phoenix recently and stopped in when we were once again passing through. It's a new style QuikTrip, can't beat that! It's like regular QuikTrip but even better. They have even more food choices including made to order smoothies, frozen yogurt and ice cream. The bathrooms are super clean. The store is super clean. Everyone is friendly. I'm not sure if the area surrounding it is still considered a bit sketchy, it was when I was growing up, but this QuikTrip was great. read more

I come by here in the mornings. Staff is very nice and great service. Fresh food and quick bites are excellent. The only negative, is the constant homeless people allowed to be on the property. Some mornings I feel safer than others. I realize it may be out of their hand (QT), but something has to be done. I have seen shoplifters galore in this place as well, which will in turn have a future effect, on the prices Great business, Cruddy area of town. This is the only place in the zip code I go to. I go to this QT when I go to pick up something at the mall because it is on the way out. It is a nice layout, newer format. I wish the iced teas and soda were on the same side instead of separated. They rotate which hot dog is 99 cents. I got tricked one time and when I checked out, the guy said that they JUST changed the hot dog on sale. Instead of letting me get it since it had just changed prices, he said he could not charge 99 cents for my non sale hot dog. So I left it at the counter, he threw it away, and I got the 99 cent one. This was a bad experience that day because the guy wasted a product and instead of making the customer (a very regular QT customer) happy so I would return and be a satisfied customer that day, he chose to waste $1.29 completely by throwing it out instead of just "losing" 30 cents by giving me the 99 cent price that had just changed recently. I found that to be odd rationalization and decision making by a QT employee. Quite unexpected. He also wasn't very nice or friendly, but more argumentative than understanding. I now go to the QT on Thunderbird instead because of this poor experience. Yes, one experience can cause a lasting effect. Employees there should be aware of this. read more

This is a nice QT. It's right next to where I work so that's a plus. It's very large, clean and the staff is friendly and efficient.

This store is always very busy, but you can still get in & out quickly. The employees are awesome. I like the large selection of drink choices that are offered, self serve, refrigerator section or made to order drinks. Then there is the huge selection of food items, which includes snack foods, fruit, sandwiches, breakfast and lunch items. I am also very impressed with how clean the store & restrooms are kept, and not just during the day but 24 hours. No matter how busy you do not have to wait long to fill up your gas tank. read more
