The rudeness of the clerk last evening at 5pm time frame was unbelievable!!!! There were no pic 3 lotto slips available to fill out. I looked underneath the stand to locate some. Then I hear this loud "WHAT ARE YOU DOING ?" Talking to me a man in his sixties like I was child! She the black girl with short hair, obviously has no customer service skills. The appropriate statement from her could have been " may I help you or can I help you find something? But no....It was "" WHAT ARE YOU DOING " Here is the topper to the situation... She would not run my pick or powerball tickets for last night. When asked, she said "I could" But i won't 'i asked what her name was.... No response ! Name tags would be a great enhancement to your staff. If a person in a business, won't state there name.... They know their behavior has been less than desirable with that customer. As retired flight attendant of 38 years under my belt. It amazes me how people today dont have a good work ethic along with customer service skills. All it really is .....People skills ! Treat people how you want to be treated. There are people who have no couth, no class, and simply were not taught any better. "When you know better, you do better" with that said , I will never go there again do to HER. Matter of fact, I won't be going to any Circle K's from this point on. The staff in most of them are ineffective as clerks , and lack basic people skills. Circle K located at 7th Ave and Bethany home road was a true delight on Friday at 6pm. The 2 self checkouts lines were 5 or more deep, while the male clerk was feeding his face and on his phone. Circle k is no longer a convenience store ! It is an inconvenience store. This gas station is the worst customer service I have ever witnessed out of business. It was 116°. I asked if I can get some water with my own little Tumblr it's only a 2i0 ounce Tumblr I gave you the bottle asking nicely and saying please I got gass here every week because it's very close to my house it should be illegal. This used to be a pretty nice gas station a few years back, but it has went way, way downhill and is overrun with street peoples now. The last few times I've used this station I was approached by street peoples asking for change or a ride 2 different times, I was also approached by "sales people" that apparently are allowed to roam around the station and harass people about buying some stupid car wax (this also happened on two separate occasions). Like I want to stand around and watch you give me a demonstration on how your wax works! If I want to buy car wax, I go to a store. I'm not going to buy it from some douche @ a gas station. Please! That's not all. Tonight when I went to get gas, one pump is broken and another one has the screen broken with a note that says you must pay inside. Plus the air/water dispenser has been out of service for weeks - no one apparently cares enough to fix it. On the plus side, the Shell station @ 7th St. & Maryland is wonderful. I usually go there, it's clean, everything works, no one approaches you, and they have a nice selection of drinks and deli sandwiches inside. Staff is nice too. read more

This gas station does not allow you to use your card at the pumps. Inside the station it always smells like ass. The clerk never greets you either. Apparently this gas station is the place to be... You can buy bootleg movies and other miscellaneous sh*t while you pump gas. All kinds weird muhfuggas approach you selling their goods. Also if you are pumping from the westside of the station you won't be able to see the door to the store because of poor architectural design. there's a big column blocking the view. this also blocks the clerk's view if something were to be happening to you while pumping gas. I paid for $42 in gas for pump 9. The male cashier claimed I said pump 2 and stated someone pumped $20 on pump 2. I informed him I asked for my gas on pump 9 not 2, what ever mistakes you have going on is not my concern. I paid for $42 on pump 9. There is more to the story. Pump 9 was not working so I moved next door to pump 10. I went into the store to inform the guy pump 9 is not working so put my $42 on pump 10. This is how I come to find out he maid a mistake with my transaction. I asked him to call for his supervisor or manager so I could talk to them because he only wants to give me $20 in gas on pump 10 after I paid for $42. That is not all. He refused to call his management staff but did call the police and accused me of having someone else pump gas while I'm in the store and stating me asking for my money or gas harassment. He then offered me $20 of my $42 I gave him. I informed him his whole company would be informed of his inability to handle doing his job and inability to handle his mistake. read more

The location is great, right by I-17. However it could get loud, especially during rush hours. If you are paying cash, you can just use your card outside at the pump. But if you are paying with debit, then you'll need to go into the store to pay for it, kinda odd. read more
