Wowsers, another gem, I wish we had these in Los Angeles, sadly what we have is Arco Am/Pm's saturating the entire state, very limited gas pumps, gas quality not really good & the convenience store portions suck. Yea cheap self serve soda fountains & coffee, but very limited in selection. Quik Trip was a lot bigger, acres of gas pumps (not exaggerating, it has more than the LA gas stations), bigger better selection of snacks and drinks, coffee section was really cheap and quality was excellent. Actual food, not like 7-11 or Am/Pm hot foods that look like they been sitting all day in the hot lamp looking ripe and overcooked. Clean gas station and store, friendly and helpful cashiers/employees. When in Arizona, we'll definitely fill up at these particular gas stations. read more

Customer service is good but this is One of the worst QT I have been at!!!! Yes I know its a very busy store but it has really gone down hill. Worst customer service, unprofessional and disrespectful no sense of organization at all whatsoever

It's time to top off the tank before heading back to LA. The price on the sign showed $3.69 but when I get to the pump it's $3.64. SWEET! One thing about Phoenix, you can drive 3-4 miles and gas prices from station to station may vary only a few cents, up to 3 or MAYBE 5 cents per gallon regardless of brand, it's very consistant, unlike LA. In LA I've driven a mile or two and see prices vary as much as 15 - 20 cents a gallon from one station to another! QT has a nice decent sized store with plenty of munchies, including REAL food like sandwichws, salads, etc, plus beverages and other snacks. It's always been clean inside and the staff has always been nice. read more

Don't get me wrong. I me some QT. However, yall just need to do better at this location. You definitely need a security officer and more staff. It is EXTREMELY busy here due to the area, which is super urban. Its near a 6 way intersection and some train tracks, mostly commercial and homeless. The ladies room looks like somebody lives in it. Rude and inconsiderate associates. One day one was saying F-BOMB after F-BOMB and then started laughing when I asked him, "really? That's appropriate?!" I feel that this location or maybe it's just Quick Trip in general is biased to Hispanic customers only and not English speaking individuals due to the fact that I went to get ice and water at the ice machine and water machine out in the parking lot and there's a sign on it only in Spanish no English I didn't know that it was out of order so why would I waste my time getting the ice that I can't put water in my water jug very disappointing so if you're white and you speak English maybe you shouldn't go to QuikTrip read more

This QT has had problems with their ice machine(s) for well over a year now, and yet won't fix them. Its pathetic. Many hard working people come here 5 days a week for their items, including ice. The employees just shrug it off like its not their problem. And even when there is ice, you get robbed of what you paid for. You get charged for an 8lb bag and yet the bag is usually only half full. With all the money they make each week from harder working people, they should ensure that their customers have everything they need. Stopped in to grab lunch on Christmas Eve. Got a hot dog with ketchup, mustard, and relish, and ordered a plain buttered pretzel with cheese from the kiosk at the Kitchen...I love that thing! The pretzel came with a free drink and I got a Cherry Limeade with crushed ice. QuikTrip is great. Where else can 2 people eat lunch for 6 bucks? And it was tasty. The only area I see for improvement would be the hot dog buns. They are nothing special. A pretzel bun would be awesome! :) read more
