    My friendly local market.....

After work I went to Circle K. After purchasing of gas I attempted to purchase a 6 pack of beer. The attendant Barb asked for my birth year. I told her 1992. I stutter from a injury while overseas, after I reply, she's insults my speech. She went on to refuse me service, despite me showing her my ID. Iv spent years traveling the US, and being a loyal customer to many company's I can whole heartily say, I will never shop here again.

I have never had such a bad experience. The cashier was extremely rude. Will NEVER step foot in another Circle K again.

And, there are other similar places that were closer and for years offered great food. However, the two other Jewish deli spots have really gone downhill and Scott's just keeps on delivering great food, hearty portions and fast, awesome service. My corned beef sandwich was ridiculously large and, most importantly, the meat was lean and delicious. $18 bucks for a sandwich is not super cheap, but I had a hard time eating one half because of the portion size. So, my wife became the beneficiary of the other half. Definitely returning soon!

The menu is massive with all day breakfast and lunch, and if I lived closer, I would absolutely have made this a local spot to frequent for a taste of home. Plus they have several vegetarian items on the menu and even a vegan breakfast dish! We weren't allowed to dine in, so we took our order to go & ate in the car. I got the veggie reuben & my man got the number 3 (turkey sub). I also ordered 2 knishes (1 spinach & 1 plain) and a black & white cookie. The reuben was scrumptious with the buttery crisp toasted rye bread and packed with veggies. The pickles on the side were not as crisp as I would have liked but still good. The turkey sandwich was not piled high as expected but it was still a good amount of turkey with some cheese & toppings. It was so filling he could only eat half & saved the rest for later. The bread was plain white sub roll and was soft and chewy. No complaints on the sub and he enjoyed it. The knish didn't look like the ones I grew up eating, but these were homemade and way better than the square patty style from the hot dog carts in the city. They were packed with filling and had a thin crust layer around (definitely needed to eat with fork). The spinach was spread throughout & the combo with potato was even. Love that the black & white cookie was homemade! These are my favorite cookies & I always have to get one when I go back home to visit. These were different from the bakery ones I usually get (this icing was soft rather than hard shell type), but it was still delicious! If you have time to stop by before they close end of the month, I recommend you stop by, just check the shop hours and come way before closing time!

I love the convenience of ordering online and arriving to have it ready on time every time. I tend to order for pickup a little earlier than the standard lunch time (typically 11-11:30), and there is usually a very short wait, nothing to write home about at all. I do know it gets crowded later, but it's easy (for me) to plan around that. They have a bunch of curated salads, but you can also customize everything. There are so many choices that the hardest part is designing the exact salad you want. They are also transparent about their nutrition, and you can easily find all of the nutrition facts on their website, so whether you're tracking calories or macros or you're just curious, it is super easy to figure out. And it is affordable for what it is. For about $10 I can get a huge, healthy lunch that is freshly made.

We decided today we wanted to try the wraps for the first time. My husband ordered the fajita wrap and Decided he wanted steak so there was a $1.25 uplift for that. He said it was tasty, but some of the steak pieces were a bit chewy. He loved the heat level and it was chock full of fajita type veggies I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and I enjoy the hot sauce and blue cheese mix of dressing. I only have one complaint and that is I had opted out of carrots and they gave me a choice to add something else so I said tomatoes and they basically put whole cherry tomatoes in my wrap, which were kind of impossible to eat . Those really need to be sliced up or use a different kind of tomato, but I'll not make that mistake again! All in all- great option when you want to eat fresh and decently healthy food- I order the dressing on the side to keep it lighter as well.

The previous time that I was here I placed a takeout order at the kiosk. I noticed that the guy in front of me did the same. We both sat in the dining room and waited and waited and then waited some more. After an inordinate period of time we both noticed that people who had been on line behind us were being served their food. We both went up and checked and both of our orders had been sitting on the counter next to the online pickup orders for who knows how long. Neither of us had had our names or numbers called out. To make matters worse the people who had been behind me on line, who also placed a takeout order, had their names called out and their food brought to them but for some reason for me and the guy who had ordered just before me they couldn't seem bother. I ended up out $50 for cold cheeseburgers and melted shakes. I guess that I could have complained but I didn't realize how bad the food was going to be until after I had already left and by then it was too late. Yesterday my wife wanted to go here again for some reason. Remembering my last visit I didn't order anything but she ordered a hotdog and onion rings. When we got home the onion rings were good but the hotdog was burned. I'm not talking slightly over done. It was scorched to the point it resembled a piece of charcoal. Fully one third of it was inedible and the remaining 2/3rds was barely edible as it was dried out and over cooked. Needless to say I'm not going to be in a rush to come here again anytime soon. What's annoying is that in the past the food has been good but this place isn't cheap and after throwing away good money two visits in row for lousy food I'm not looking to make it three times in a row.
