The most insulting part: They actually tried to hand me a random, un-ticketed pink short-sleeve shirt as a "substitute"--as if I wouldn't notice they were trying to quiet me with someone else's missing laundry. When I demanded an IOU or a written admission that they lost my property, Davide flat-out refused. It's clear they have zero integrity and no interest in accountability. Whether they are losing clothes through sheer laziness or someone on the inside is helping themselves to the customers' wardrobes, the result is the same: Your expensive clothes will go missing and they will lie to your face about it. There are no clear instructions, just someone popping up to correct you. The unsolicited advice quickly turns into raised voices if you're not doing it their way. You feel watched like a hawk the entire time. And for a place with this many rules, it's not even that clean. If you enjoy being micromanaged while washing your clothes, this is the place for you. The delivery person never showed up with my missing comforter. I later found out this missing comforter was sent to the Carefree location & given to another customer which I don't understand since I still have my claim ticket, what did this other person use to receive an item that isn't theirs? I couldn't get an answer when I called and spoke to someone who actually hung up on me instead of answering a simple question then refused to answer the phone during the last hour of business. What happened to his promise of yesterdays pick up? Said there has been system issues? However, his message about being stuck in Denver for a few days got to me with no problems. Every Sunday at around 5PM I get a text asking which day I would like it picked up and not once have I been able to get it done. Once I take it in, they do drop it back off. I have asked to speak to the Manager at the Cave Creek location and they are never there. They told me to call Anthem today bacause she was over at that location. Well no she is not! The owner is Scott but no one has his number and or where he is? Horrible customer service! I told them I was cancelling my service and will not return. Carlos said, "OK."
