Rarely do I give a takeout Chinese restaurant more than three stars, but when living in a Chinese food desert, and when one of the better ones closes down, desperate times call for desperate measures. At least I did not pull an Elaine Benes and falsify my address just to get it delivered to me, like a LOSER! Rather I did the honorable thing and walked over and ordered it to go. It is only a short walk from the Ave U stop on the F train which in the big scheme of things is only a short subway ride from my residence. I think I found the answer to my Chinese food question. No, they do not deliver to my address, but the food here was tasty enough for takeout standards to order here again. Alas I should have taken a menu. I will do that next time. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. Good wonton soup, the lo mein did not have that day old taste. I even ordered a Kung Pao chicken for good measure and it had good spice. Their chicken drunken noodles taste as good as a Thai restaurant. Have also tried their General Tso's chicken and chicken with broccoli over rice and they taste pretty good. Would definitely recommend this place! read more

Not overcooked at all. Chicken with Mixed Vegetables: A- Lovely sauce, chicken was cooked well (not overcooked), vegetables were done very well. Moo Shu Pork: C+ This dish should've been exquisite, but the wonderful smokiness that's the primary delight of moo shu was completely missing. In fact, the dish criminally lacked flavor. I generally come here for quick Chinese take-out when I have no time during my quick teacher lunch break turn over. Like all Chinese take-outs, you get a lot for your buck - a ~6/7 lunch special gets you a main course and soup/soda. I've gotten the chicken and broccoli, beef steak with peppers/onions, and sesame chicken/general tso before. All standard, however, I dislike the small pieces of fried nuggets they give you for the latter two. Nothing special, but also nothing terrible. Don't set expectations too high but expect your generic quick take-out. read more

This is such an awesome Asian food place. They are very nice & helpful people, and their food is amazing... Yummm, sooo good....Also I've found out about many types of Asian foods here...i.e. Thai, etc, and more.. I've mainly gotten their great food by delivery, but I hope to eat there soon, too!!! I'm asian so I'm quite picky when jt comes to take out. My family and I actually order from here once in a while and feels like it's the closest to authentic flavors but also with the take out concept. Love this place. The owners are the nicest people, so we were thrilled when they opened back up after a few weeks of being closed due to COVID. They have a nice pickup window setup now.
