The shop is really cute - I love the window lounge areas. I was so happy when Worcester finally got a Thai ice cream roll shop since the closest was Boston up until now. Ice cream had a tough consistency and it was difficult for my 5 year old to scoop and eat herself. The "love bite" ice cream tasted grainy. "Cookie monster" was ok. I get that it takes some time to make the rolls but we didn't get our ice cream until over 45 min later when there was only one small group ahead of us. When we went to ask what's taking so long, they seemed confused and realized they completely forgot to make our order.....it was made 5 min after that. Like other reviewers said, it's just ok. I was excited to come here because I've had rolled ice cream and bubble tea in Boston and I wanted to see what Worcester had to offer. When we walked to the register, we stood there for almost 5 minutes before anyone helped us. It seemed like there was only one person working although there was another person standing there on his phone. Probably about 5 minutes before the store was meant to close another girl came out and started helping make bubble tea. It took about 15-20 minutes for us to get our gulf order. My little sister told me about this place so I though it would be nice to have rolled ice cream. The place was nice and spacey with a relaxing vibe, which was good but I just wanted ice cream. There was one girls making the ice cream, while the other was in the back on her phone or doing God knows until she saw more customers entered them started to help. They both don't know how to multitask because they would stop to talk then make the ice cream which was making me annoyed. When I got there there was about ten customers there but only two waiting to be served. I was given a ticket then sit down to wait which was for 30 minutes. My number was then called but only one of the ice cream was made so I had to wait for the second one, by the time I received the second one the first ice cream has started to melt. I got the Cookie Monster and it was my first time having rolled ice cream in general and I am glad to say that it did not disappoint at all. I was expecting it to taste like ice cream but I didn't expect it to be THAT good. The texture was really good and the desert was really full of flavor! best rolled ice cream by far. tasted amazing and they make it right in front of you. good amount of menu choices all 5.75 (for rolled ice cream) and you get unlimited toppings. i got campfire and it tasted like a smore. got rainbow sprinkles, oreo, chocolate sauce, and pocky for toppings plus campfire has a toasted marshmallow on top. adorable pillow filled window seats, normal tables, and couches. bored games available to play and employees are extremely friendly. said hi when we entered, gave us exactly what we ordered, checked in on us while eating, and said good bye when we left. overall 10/10 and i'm definitely going back soon! read more

Came here tonight with my daughter after seeing an advertisement on mass.live feed on Facebook. Plenty of people here. Takes a while to get ice cream because they make it fresh as you order. Parking is difficult as it is street parking and back lot is a tow zone. Plenty of board games to assist with passing the time. Our game of choice was Mancala. Music was modern and people were outwardly dancing to the tunes. Someone came in with a dog. Animals do not belong in public eating areas. The owner allowed the dog to walk all over the couches. For someone with allergies, this is a huge problem for me. That did it for me and therefore cant give more than 2 stars. There was no signage or direction that you needed to order and pay first so i waited in a line for 15 minutes before someone else came in and knew what to do. The consistency of the ice cream is paper like, almost card board-ish. The flavor was good though. Wasn't worth the wait. read more

The overall look was really cute. There were 5 people working (one on the register and 4 on the rolls- assuming 2 were in training). There were also about 5 of us in line, but didn't take more than 10-15 min to get the rolls. Overall the favor was great! My only complaints are that each person should be wearing gloves. The man who made our rolls was wearing gloves but nobody else was and I saw their hands touching the ice cream in the cup. Also the new trainee ended up giving my husbands ice cream to lady behind us and filling it with her toppings. I quickly spoke up and said it was his (they didn't even order the same thing). My husband didn't want the other toppings but the server was panicking and kept trying to finish the roll. We ended up taking it with the other toppings bc we didn't want to wait any longer. I came all the way from Framingham with my two kids today, and we all loved and enjoyed the experience That the place brought, the atmosphere was very welcoming . The two girls that were working were extremely helpful and kind, also very energetic! The place was decent, it could have been bigger. I do wish their were more toppings to choose from. The wait time was quite long. Although it was worth the wait I feel that having more employees will benefit this business's growth and advancement. As a costumer I want and expect immediate service. Came here with 2 of my friends on a Sunday evening (5/6). When we walked it, there were maybe 10 customers waiting around inside and what seemed to be one girl working behind the counter. She took our order and kindly let us know it would be about a 20-25 minutes wait. We all agreed that would be fine so we sat down and chatted. Meanwhile, the one girl working behind the counter is changing songs, playing on her phone, and even talking to someone on speaker phone or facetime instead of doing her job and completing her orders. If I was working by myself, I'd be busting my ass to get those ice creams out to the paying customers that are waiting. Nope, not this girl. She couldn't seem less interested or motivated to get her job done. 20 minutes pass- still no order. 25, 30, 40 minutes- still nothing. Finally an hour goes by and I see her talking and laughing on her phone and that was enough. I stood up and kindly asked for a refund, her response was extremely apologetic- she offered to make our orders right then (even though there were orders that still hadn't been made before us). And it was around this time that another girl emerged from the back room and also apologized for the wait (had she been back there the whole time?????) Anyways, we declined their offer of free ice cream and at that point just wanted to leave and get our money back. The girls response to all of this was "I don't work here anymore anyways, I just got fired." It sounds like this place needs to get some decent workers who will work and not fool around on their phones in front of paying customers, until then I wouldn't even waste my time with this establishment. We went in tonight 20 minutes before closing with what looked like 3 people working. Stood behind one person getting their ice cream made while 2 people working were just standing there. We waited for the woman to get her ice cream and the 2 women working stood there not making anything. A man came over asked what he could get us and then rudely said "we are not making anymore rolls tonight because we are too busy to make anymore before closing". This was our first time and will be our last without even getting to try it. I have worked in the food industry and you should never turn away a paying customer unless you have run out of food and you shouldn't treat them like they don't matter to you. Whether you are there for an extra 5 minutes or an extra half hour, if someone has driven an hour to get to you, you should serve them. Especially when your shop looks empty. We didn't need to be lied to in order for you not to serve us. Extremely disappointed that we rushed back to the area from a day in Salem for that. If I could give zero stars I could.
