experienced a lady I didn't catch her name , I believe she was a manager at pick up .. she didn't really know what she was doing when it came to me picking up two orders (that were combined into one) she took a long time to attend me at the register and told me that I was wrong because she scanned my barcode and that it said they were not accurate (she told me that one of the items didn't say there was proof or receipt) I showed her the receipt, and that both orders said picked up with the accurate time.. she argued back and forth with me and even called someone else for help.. at the end she said " I told you it was combined" as if I was suppose to know or I was her employee. I tried to tell her both orders said picked up with the same pick up time. However she wanted the last word and to make me seem wrong, that's okay. But respect should always be there no matter the situation... I had a bad taste in my mouth from this experience and I thought about leaving the store because of how negative the impact was , I felt she was frustrated with me because she didn't understand the technology, I didn't get her name.. but I'm sure if she reads this she'll know.. I hope she grows more patient and learns to be gentle with customers . However my favorite cashier at this store was there during that time, and she checked me out! Parking in Eastland can always be a nightmare depending on the time of the day. Plenty of parking, clean inside, and big selection to meet everything you need. I originally was coming to this area to go to Walmart but I didn't know it closed down. I used to love this target. It was always so clean and had a better selection than my local one. I just visited about an hour ago and I've never been so disappointed. It was filthy, the shoe section was a disaster. There was stuff thrown everywhere. And then the grocery section was a mess. There was nothing in stock. Everything was empty. Also, they had hummus on the shelves that expired on September 20th..it's the 29th. There were also young kids riding their bikes/scooters INSIDE the aisles and no one was telling them anything. Had a really long day. Decided to stop by target for some food and during checkout, I was greeted by this nice young man with curly hair and a mustache. Very nice conversation. I then went to starbucks to get some coffee and was also greeted by this nice young lady that had brownish/ginger hair. She made my drink very quickly and after asking for the new christmas drink suggestions, she suggested a very good drink that I would go back for. I was at Hobby Lobby picking up a post wedding and birthday gift. I needed to package them together. I had a choice between Target or Wal-Mart at the Eastland Center. I was drawn to Target so here I am... I love the red color and how Target displays their merchandise. Clean and organized at every aisle. Of course my visit was only to get some gift bags and cards along with some gift cards as well. They have a massive wall of gift cards to choose from which I love. Got a good eats and a good fun gift cards... $50 bucks each. Picked up a couple gift bags, gift tissues, and cards... about $16 total. Went through the self-checkout with no issues. Service is good even though its self-service. Mission accomplished with my visit. Thank you Target! read more

Drive up service was horrible, we had ordered everything for tonight's dinner and did chose drive up for convenience since we had the kids. We waited for over 30 mins without any updates. Finally someone came with my order and while checking the order we realized we only received half. If it's going to be that much of a delay you'd expect some sort of diligence in checking the order items. Very disappointing. read more

This Target location is next to Dick's Sporting Goods (DSG), in the Eastland Shopping Center. The parking lanes are 1-way. I had never been inside the Target location until this past trip when I went to DSG to browse. The parking lot and the crosswalk is a mess. The amount of cars and people crossing is interesting. Overall, I was able to find the one item I needed and was able to self-checkout and complete my quick shopping trip. Like all other Targets, I like how each store has the same or comparable layout where it is easy to find your items. I did not have any interactions with any employee so cannot comment on customer service, store cleanliness, or how fully (or not fully stocked) their shelves were. Overall, conveniently located across the street from IKEA and other nearby stores in the Eastland Shopping Center. Not my favorite Target, but it is a Target. read more

Took my list to Target and Walmart last night to see which store is wrongly gouging customers with tariffs that should not apply to products. Target by far had abused the "tariffs" on products not made in the countries affected by the tariffs. There were identical products that Target had raised their prices $4+ from Target and Amazon. I just left this target . Ahmed in electronics is such a sweetheart. I'm a young 57 . I was looking for an adapter/charger for a mini speaker I got a while ago. I moved and lost the charging device. I went to the electronics and asked and explained to an employee what I needed. He did all but brush me off. Ahmed came to me while I was trying to search for what I needed. I explained to him what I needed and he found exactly what needed. He made my day. I felt so lost until he came to my rescue. He went above and being to help me. I am soooooo grateful for him. Came here searching for after Halloween discount goodies. There are many kid costumes and lollipop candies left over at discounted price. Holiday / Seasonal goods are located at the far left corner of the store. Definitely worth checking out after season changes. Store located in plaza shared by various department stores. read more

Coming to Target is always like a scavenger hunt! Hunting for deals and things you probably weren't looking for. This Target is located in the Eastland Center plaza next door to Dick's Sporting Goods near Wal-Mart. Parking in the plaza is always plentiful. I've been to this Target a few times and on this last visit, help was needed. Before going to Target I would always look over the ads and check the app to see if there are any deals on Target Circle. The really good part about this app is that you can find out where you can locate a certain item and see if it is in stock. During this visit, I was looking for an item and the app said at this location there were a few items in stock. Unfortunately, it could not be found, so the help of a staff was needed. I forgot his name, but he helped to check the shelf and the stock in the back. Sadly the item could not be found even though the app says there were a few left. It was nice that the staff went looking for our item. Overall I was able to find other items and was able to be on my way in less than 15 minutes. This store is pretty stocked in most items and kept very neat and organized. read more

This is a good Targets location. I come usually for vitamins, health and beauty products. Sometimes they have the cheapest priced hair coloring that I normally use. There's usually Starbucks in or next to Target, which is nice. The isles are labeled clearly. I took a star off because their self check outs have not worked and sometimes there is limited number of cashiers on hand. read more

The service is bad. For example, today, there are two lanes open for people purchasing more than 10 items. This is the normal for this Target. Target employees at guest services are constantly yelling "ten items or less, ten items or less checkout at guest services." While self checkout is empty. Customers are forming long lines for no reason and the two Target cashiers couldn't work any faster. What is the point of yelling at customers to come to guest services with ten items or less other than to make loud noises? Staff registers with employees or take the ten item cap off the self registers. This is inefficient resource management. read more

This Target is a HEALTH HAZARD! The bathrooms at this target are dirtier than a truck stop. There was literally feces on the floor! None of the stalls had toilet paper, there were seat liners all over the floor, and the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a month. I will be contacting corporate about this. Since there is feces on the ground, it can then be tracked all over the store! So nasty! And you know what's right by the bathrooms? The food court. Major EW. This Target has always been disorganized with associates who seem like they could care less about working there. There's usually always people loitering outside as well. God, I have been coming to this Target for years. I remember when it was first built. I went inside here not long ago just to mucker around and purchase some small things. Huge Eastland shopping center. Right next to Walmart and a bunch of other places. Customer service here was ok. Always good to visit tho. read more

This store has a perennial problem with no carts being in the queue in the store for use. I have repeatedly arrived to find no carts and one or two employees standing idle near the empty queue. (?) I have been offered a hand basket...Not useful for 35 lbs of cat litter plus 22 lbs of cat food and 30 lbs of dog food. Often times I have needed to collect a hamd basket from one of the check out stands - Not a big deal. I do not, however, like being told that I need to return to the parking lot and find an available cwrt with which to complete my shopping. Management needs to monitor or assign a monitor to ensure the carts are cycled in from the parking lot before the queue is completely empty. This is not rocket science. Tonight, for the third time, I left the store because there were ZERO carts available. Granted this is December 23, but this has happened previously far removed from any holiday. It is and has been a perennial problem at this location. I get the task of collecting the carts is a chore and likely unpleasant, BUT, it is part of the business I may not be the only potential shopper the leave without purchasing a cart load totalling over $100. read more

By far the best Target I've ever been to due to the following: cleanliness, organization, child friendly environment, great selection, fantastic customer service, and killer deals. I was very impressed visiting here because it's paradise for both adults and children. This Target is very well stocked and the toy section has a section dedicated to letting children play with toys. This is not only a great sales strategy, this is a really great place to shop and be confident that your child will find a toy they absolutely love. In addition, the board game section is large and very well stocked. They have games I haven't even seen at other Target in the area. They also have a large selection dedicated to Pokémon. We found a section where they offer discounted dvds for 4 to 5 dollars. This is my favorite Target in the area and I will be coming back here for board games and Pokémon! read more

Today was the last time I ordered vía drive up at this Target. Never fails, every single time, they take minimum 5 hours! And the help desk/pickup department never answers when calling to check status. Today I had to walk in because it had already been 5 hours and I was already in the area and no one ever answered when I called. When I went in, they told me they were 6 hours behind! I had to go and pick my stuff out myself. All the other Targets (Brea, Chino, Pomona, Montclair) will have everything ready within two hours, max! Y'all need to get your shit together or don't offer a service you can't keep up with. read more
