    Worst bathroom I've seen

    I've never had a restroom look as bad as this. It's as if noone had cleaned it in days. What happened to cleaning every hour. There is no way this happened that quickly. Please people (customers) keep restrooms clean. This is disgusting to say the least. I work on retail and I would be ashamed of having customers do this.

    Extremely busy store but then again, which Target store is not busy, right? This store is always fully stocked, clean and well maintained. Employees can be seen stocking inventory throughout the day in order to keep merchandise readily available for all customers Employees are also very efficient at checking guests out at the registers allowing customers to shop and leave the store in a timely manner

    Plenty of parking, clean inside, and big selection to meet everything you need. I originally was coming to this area to go to Walmart but I didn't know it closed down. This was the next best store to have what I needed. They have a wide range of feminine products, food, snacks, etc. The self-checkout kiosks are convenient and great!

    Been coming here for years, very clean and feels safe, always has what I need in stock, not a ton of stuff locked up thankfully, gotten a lot more crowded and a little ghetto since Walmart closed, always a ton of parking. The people trying to sell stuff outside is always annoying though. Would recommend and return.

    This target sucks! Long lines and they do open new registers. Only 3 were open, 10 to 12 customers per cashier. Horrible

When we originally purchased the mattress, we were told that in order for the warranty to be honored, we needed to use a mattress cover. Unfortunately, that same cover ended up causing the stain issue that led to our claim. After countless emails with Easy Rest and a denied claim, Jerome's sent out a technician to inspect the mattress. That's when Georgina, who I believe is the manager, stepped in and really took ownership of the situation. Along with Jasmine, our sales representative, they were both incredibly patient, courteous, and committed to helping us find a solution. Despite the initial denial from Easy Rest, Jerome's ultimately honored the warranty, replaced the mattress, and helped us with a new cover and other items. Their professionalism and willingness to stand behind their customer turned a very frustrating experience into a positive one. We truly appreciate the support from Georgina and Jasmine and will definitely be returning customers.

When she and my sister-in-law tried to file a claim for crappy furniture and workmanship they were told that the "plan" doesn't cover slipping of cushions before the furniture was even inspected. This was 15 months after delivery, so February of 2025. We Have been trying to get them to come back out because it's not an issue of a slipped cushion, but rather shoddy workmanship and subpar furniture, not worth the $2500 price tag. We have been dealing directly with the store manager who said he would help escalate and had done nothing until January 2026. He assisted getting us in touch with a liaison for their FCP yet nothing, so we went back on 2/16/26 and spoke with the store manager again who set us up with Alyssa in customer service there at the store. We had to go through the whole story and timeline once again. Meanwhile, the store manager says it would be easiest to just "swap out the piece, but too bad we don't have it any longer". Why in the hell was that not offered at the beginning? They string you along for months and months then deny the claim. Elder abuse at work here, easy prey. They see and elderly woman and tell her that the "insurance plan" covers "everything" and get her on the hook for $290 plus the price of crappy furniture. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM JEROME'S!!!

Now they are pretending otherwise. I will be taking this matter to small claims court. Avoid this company at all costs. He never asked about doorway clearance, access, or any of the things that ultimately became a problem. As a result, we got stuck paying a delivery fee for a couch that couldn't even make it into the house. What frustrated me most is that this felt completely avoidable. A good salesperson should be helping customers avoid expensive mistakes, not creating them. After that mess, we had to go back and pick out another couch. This time we worked with a younger guy with glasses and the difference was night and day. He asked all the right questions, listened to our concerns, and gave us recommendations that actually worked for our space. Five stars for him. The furniture quality itself is still good, which is why I keep coming back. One thing I would skip though is the extended warranty. I purchased it on furniture from my previous home and never ended up using it before it expired. Overall, I like the products here, but the service is definitely hit or miss depending on who helps you. Unfortunately, one bad salesperson ended up costing me time, money, and a lot of unnecessary frustration.
