I usually like to make a target runs here pretty often since it's right next to my job and saves me tons of time. My trips at this target are always good and the store is ran pretty smoothly for the most part and has very friendly employees. But, there's an associate who deserves so much recognition at this store and her name is Jhatsiry. She always has such a bright smile, is full of energy all the time, and she's also very friendly as well. She has helped me out the last couple of times that I've gone to get the items that I need and she even recommended me to get a red card on one of my visits which I ended up signing up for. She took time out of her day to go over and review all the benefits and details about the red card and how which one was best suited to me most. This young woman is absolutely outstanding, we need more employees like her in the retail industry. Keep up the great work Jhatsiry! read more

This is not my normal Target, so I cannot say that I love it. The one thing I know that I HATE about it is the parking lot. The stop signs are at awkward places. Just recently we were at a stop (going to make a right into the parking lot) and this lady rolls up (after us) on the opposite side. We wait for pedestrians to cross, and we're about to go,and the effin' lady makes a left (not before her little bratty kid gives US the stink eye!), sneering at us. Whatevs! Anyway, the store is nice and bright. It's one of the newer locations, so it seems pretty clean. It can get pretty packed, though. I do love the dollar section. They tend to have better stuff than other locations. I recommend this Target over the other one down the street, though. Just watch out for little 10-year-old punk girls and their dumbass moms. read more

I have been in avid shopper at target for years. Yet when I went to use the family restroom to change my son I was shocked to see that the restroom was a mess. There was no cleaning log on the door like the other restrooms which was a bigger disappointment because there is no tracking system. The restroom was dirty and baby changing table was very outdated. The table was about to fall off the hinges which made me really worried for my sons safety. I figured a million dollar company would have the resources to keep the restrooms up to date especially the family restroom which is their main customer. Very disappointed! read more

i absolutely love this target! its clean and always neat. i can always find exactly what i'm looking for here. I spend quite a bit of time at the pharmacy.. the customer service there is awesome. parking can be a bit of a hassle but only if youre looking for close parking. i usually park on the side by daphne's or at the far end of the parking lot. The clearance section of all departments are usually fully stocked with goodies. oh i should also mention the customer service at the starbucks and the food counter. The people that work there are so polite! i find that hard to find nowadays. read more

I would absolutely give this target's manager a fat 0 stars if I could. Today I was casually just getting these duracell batteries that were on clearance and had CLEARANCE STICKERS ON THEM. When I went to checkout, the white manager said "I have to check with my security team" because he thought i peeled the sticker like WTF. Just because I'm not white he had to assume I'm stealing from target for batteries that were ON SALE smh. read more

I rarely write reviews, but I had to spread the word about this place. I love Target, and have been to many stores which I love but this one has one major flaw. Leave your credit cards at home before stepping foot into this store because there is some funky fraud scams going on. Twice my credit card number has been stolen from me at this location. Scary thing, the second time I didn't even use the damn card!!! Somehow it was scanned/photographed/who knows what!! Videl at the electronics department provided an excellent help for me today. I went in asked to replace the cell phone monitors protective membrane. He was kind to pull the old from from the phone. Not only that, he also cleaned the rest of the phone and patiently putting on the new protective layer. The phone is practically clean like a new. His work is impeccably great! read more

I love this target!! They have a huge selection of workout gear and I love their displays in the front of the store. I literally walked up to the display and found everything I needed right there. Of course I had to browse around the store (because who doesn't love shopping for hours at target ) ^_^ and I found so many cute deals and lots of items on clearance for a great price!! Their see spot save section is also great and they have tons of deals there with great quality products. I found everything I needed and left happy :). Can't wait to go back and shop some more. The store is very clean and the employees are really friendly and helpful. My cashier was really nice and made my checkout easy and quick! They also have a Starbucks inside which was really convenient for me to get my coffee and shopping done in one location :) read more

This is my favorite Target in the area - I'm a little ashamed that I know that, and that I have gone to multiple targets in the same week! Its big, clean and shiny just as all of the previous reviewers have stated. I find the clothing section to be a bit more organized than some of their other stores, but they don't always get in the special designers (why build a brand new store and not send them the designer stuff, especially given most of the clientele makes no sense). If/when they get the guest designed home decor it is rarely put on display the advertised day. Regardless, the size, organization and cleanliness makes it my go-to target. read more

This is the Target I typically go to after work to avoid the afternoon rush. It is well staffed especially during the holiday season. Like most Target locations, there is a Starbucks here. I love Target but this one is very nice. I live a mile away from a target in Santa Ana yet I will drive over to this one just because of the customer service and cleanliness of the store. I don't think I have ever shopped here and had a bad experience. I visit this location I'd say 4 times a month. The cashiers are super friendly I even pulled a manager aside to tell her how awesome one guy was. Its not easy to be quick, friendly and not smoosh someone's bread or mix chicken with vegys. Yet the cashiers here seem to always have it under control. I previously worked for target maybe 6 years ago and I know the cashiers are timed on each transaction. They are given a percentage and a R (red/fail) or G (green/pass) as someone who works in retail still it's the customer who is the one at fault for a slow transaction so it's always my goal as a customer to give that cashier 100%. I use coupons, cartwheel, my target red card and reusable bags all taking up time but easily saving me 20$ or more each visit. Yet by the time I have it all layed out for the cashier they have loaded my bags carefully not to smoosh anything they scan all my deals and a green for them. This store makes shopping so smooth, I've been to other locations like I mentioned but this, spectrum and costa mesa (harbor) are the best ones due to the amazing employees. This is the best Target store I have ever been to! It is so clean, colorful and inviting. It is well maintained and they must have a great manager because EVERY single time I have asked an employee where an item is, they don't point the direction, they actually take time to walk me there and if I am looking for something specific, they show me where it is. Great grocery section and well laid out. I don't dread ever coming here unlike a few Walmarts I have been to thinking I'm saving money...not! I would rather go here and pay a few more pennies to just enjoy the experience. read more

Do not shop at this store!! Brandon Howell provided my husband and I a very poor customer experience. We attempted to return a defective vacuum cleaner which was only 20 days old, Brandon made us feel like the issue was our fault. I came here with a friend one night to find a watch & there was a band we liked that was locked in the case. nobody was on duty, (understandable since it was pretty late in the evening) but there was a button to press that supposedly alerted someone to come & help us out. after waiting 20 minutes I had to track someone down to walkie the girl to come over. she frowned & mumbled the whole time! she pulled the band out & started ringing us up, without letting us look at it first or even asking if we were finished shopping. a pretty terrible experience overall, very disappointing customer service. read more

Meh... This is not my favorite Target by any means, but it's close to my office so I do frequent here. I am pregnant with my second child and was shocked when I arrived to pick up the registry scanning tool I used with my previous child at another location and was told they don't have registry scanning tools and wasn't offered any other perks I received with my past registry either. Disappointing. I will go to the Target by my home this weekend and see what happens there. Maybe they don't go all out with Registrants like they used to and like other stores do? Went shopping here yesterday afternoon around 4 or 5 pm. Found everything we needed. But what we didn't need was to be rung up by this guy named Ivan. This guy was a jerk and he looked like he hates his job. He was rude and shouldn't be allowed to help customers. went in to look at TVs and the tv wall was missing alot of tvs there were wires everywhere and big spaces where tvs should go. a few of the ones i saw online i wanted to check out the picture quality in person but they were not on display just an empty spot where it should have been. read more

All of my experience at Target are good experiences. Everything is located where I expect it to be. It is clean and orderly with wide walk though aisles. Friendly customer service - not over the top but good. Sad for me is every Target trip cost me at least $100. I could walk in for a tube of toothpaste and walk out with $100 worth of things I really don't need. read more

I have received a few gifts from target for Xmas went back to exchange couple items one being a call of duty brand new game to exchange but since it was a gift I didn't have the receipt and went to exchange the gift and was offered 15$ for the same game selling for 45$ Target policy if no receipt return w ID receive the lowest price kinda BS as if there wasn't a gift receipt received w the gift initially I would consider it pretty rude asking for a receipt from the person that gave the gift. I've never heard this before, even though we wanted to do a even exchange that's why other stores ie Costco are ranking so much higher. I was in this store at 6:30 pm on 01/03/21. I noticed a family (husband, wife and child of about 13 yrs old) near the school supplies section all not wearing masks! I was appalled! We are in the middle of a global pandemic and numbers are surging in Orange County. This is unacceptable. All three people were perfectly capable of wearing a mask and clearly did not have any physical reason why they should not be wearing a mask! The child even laughed and said "fresh air"! I reported this to the young asian girl running the line and she said "ok thanks". I noticed she was wearing a walkie talkie too and did not try to contact anyone to have them either wear a mask or have them removed from the store! She did not seem to care or have any sense of urgency to either call for help or flag down another associate to assist either. The whole store should be shut down for a deep cleaning because who knows where they were at in the store or how long they were there! Covid-19 is very contagious and can be spread within seconds without a mask! This girl should be reprimanded for not following corporate protocol. I have been to several Targets in the area and have seen the signs that mask wearing is required at all times in the store. I have visited the Tustin marketplace store down the road and they have someone at the door flagging down people not wearing masks and handing them out. It would be a good policy to initiate here as well. I will not be returning to this store until I hear that proper Covid measures are being taken for the safety of customers and I would not recommend anyone to shop here as well. read more

I was looking for that perfect silver star for my first Christmas tree...Target had one on sale for $5 and i couldn't find it in stock yesterday at two targets. I decided to call them and they said they had them in stock and would place them on hold. However when I arrived it was the wrong item. Alec showed excellent customer service and directed to where the silver stars were as well as found some in the back room. I love Target and their service!!! read more
